This is the second and last time I will go to Spa and Co. I went with a friend who had fewer services than I did and yet was done at least 10 minutes before her. I requested the second level of pedicure. I wanted my calluses removed and a massage. From the rough way that she cut my toe nails, to the lack of removing my calluses, to the non-existent leg massage, I was done very quickly. The callus removal was so bad, that my socks were catching on my feet when I put them on. She did not address my cuticles at all. Since the spa was fairly empty, I asked to sit in the chair for 5 minutes to let the polish dry before I put on my flip flops and she exhibited a strange attitude. This was not a free service. This was not a customized service. It was a service right off their menu. I expect kindness and a caring attitude when having someone work on my feet. I use to go here years ago so I decided to give them another try. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was average but my manicure was the worse I've ever received. The lady destroyed my cuticles and tried to cover them with polish until I pointed out my cuticles were making the polish look bumpy. She then proceeds to try to grind my cuticles down with the drill causing me a lot of pain. During this the lady is screaming because I'm "scaring" her by telling her I'm in pain. I decided to not go forward with my service since the pain was too excruciating. They didn't even have the audacity to remove the rest of the gel they started with. The staff were pretty unapologetic and not willing to offer any help or solutions. Unless you have a tech that you know and love here don't waste your time and money. I had a terrible experience here. I went in for a shellac removal and a manicure. They used a nail grinder on my nails instead of soaking the polish off. She made my nails paper thin, uneven, and worse than they were before I came in. I literally left and had to get them fixed. She charged me $36. No polish. But he recommended I get the colored powdered for my acrylics, so I did. When I went in for fills, I told him I didn't like the colored powder and he said I couldn't change it. That's a lie! As a long time customer, typically my experience here has been great, though today it was quite the opposite. Jessica, who I normally go to, does a wonderful job. Would highly recommend her. Today I had a new gal do my pedicure and not only did she cut some of my toenails too short to the point where they are sore, she cut my cuticle and made me bleed. She put some bleed stop solution on it, I have no idea if the tip of the bottle gets sanitized in between customers. Hopefully I don't get an infection. Although this experience was relayed to the front desk, I was still charged for the pedicure, minus the polish which I opted out of because my toe was left with dried blood all over it. Jay did a nice job on my nails however, I called originally for a full set of acrylics, pink and white just to find out when I got there that they don't do acrylics. So that was strike one. at the time of checking out the quote for my Nails, which was $55 over the phone turned into $75 with no discussion of charging. They charged me to shape my nails, which I have never heard of in my entire life. And then they charged me for, the topcoat that they use without notifying me that there was going to be yet another charge for. Buyer beware! Make sure when you sit down you ask for any and all extra charges to be explained to you prior to it being done and heads up, the receptionist is not very pleasant nor understanding when this was brought to her attention, her response was "I just work here". read more

I originally was not gna post anything but ... another nail broke within a week of me getting my nails done here. Story time. I've been getting my nails done here faithfully for 6 months+. Every two weeks I get a full set/fill and a pedicure. I noticed the last three sets at least one nail comes off within a week. This last fill, literally 9 of my nails lifted & came off after I just got them done 5 days ago . Now mind you, they have a policy that if your nail comes off within a week they will fix it no charge. So I set up an appointment, tell them what happened & one of the receptionist even says it sounds like the nail tech didn't properly do your nails. So, I go back thinking they will give me a full set no charge. I even got the same design. The nail tech lies to the manager in my face & told her she told me to get a brand new set last time and that it was my fault. MA'AM! If I faithfully get my nails done, don't you think I would if gotten a brand new set if you were to tell me? Money is not a problem. The nail tech tried to offer me half off . Thankfully, the manager understood what was going on & didn't charge me for my nails. I paid the difference for my toes of course. I just can't believe she would liked like that in my face then switch over to Vietnamese to talk shit. You know when someone is talking shit in any language. The manager even said something like, "be professional" in English. I literally had to argue with my nail tech, with the manger beside her, for 15 minutes.
