Really disappointed. Came today to get a pedicure. First of all, parking sucks. If a car didn't leave in front of their shop, I would've not find any parking anywhere even by other businesses around, it's all full. I almost turned around and go somewhere else. 2nd, I was sitting pretty quick but the lady I got she didn't seem happy, she was probably in the middle of her lunch time. When I told her I wanted European pedicure no gel, she didn't look happy. I paid for 10 mins massage but I got 6 mins total. She didn't look like she care what she's doing, she was looking around while trying to massage my feet. It wasn't even a massage, she just rub my feet up and down, both at the same time. She gave me their $30 pedicure package and I paid for $41 package, I was unhappy. Then since you can't tip when you're paying with a card, you'll have to Venmo. I didn't want to tip her coz I was disappointed that I didn't receive the pedicure package completed but she was standing there, waiting for me to hand her something so I end up sending her a Venmo for tip. I don't know if I'll come back here again specially when I don't get the full service I'm paying for. I went to Bliss because my usual place is closed on Sundays. I tried to go to another place before Bliss that I had a bad experience with before my appointment even started so I left and tried Bliss. They did an excellent job on my nails and were very professional. They also accept credit cards, and you can tip using Venmo, which makes things easier. The salon is really clean, and the massage chairs work well. Parking is easy as well, and I like that they have a verified license. That being said, I did take one star off because it was hard for them to understand me, and me to understand them, and it made the experience a bit more difficult. I hate to penalize for a language issue, but it's also important to be able to communicate how you want yours nails done, and I kind of just went with what was easiest instead of specifying what I wanted because I knew trying to specify what I actually wanted was going to be way too difficult. read more

$60 for a regular gel manicure seems pretty steep. Cindy or Angel's down the street does just as good of job for about half the price. I haven't been to Bliss in about 6 months but their technicians are usually fast and efficient. Last time I went a gel manicure was $40. The nails came out thick, bumpy, and uneven, and one nail even has excess gel built up underneath. There was also no transparency about the price increase. I typically pay around $54 for dip, but today my total was $73. The tech only explained the price after the service and didn't mention that cuticle cutting and dip removal would be additional charges. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have agreed to the builder gel. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of communication. I definitely don't plan on continuing with this recommendation. read more

Nice people and the salon wasn't super dirty but good lord my nails are a mess. I've never had a dip manicure this bumpy and the way the other lady clipped my toes. What the heck shape is that? Made a last minute day of appointment for a friend and I and was told that a certain time would be best and we were seen right away when we got there at the given time. My friend and I were seated next to each other in the beginning while she waited for someone to get ready but then she was taken to the back and we didn't get to sit with one another. This is why I gave 4 stars. She was in town from out of state and we did nails to catch up and we didn't get to talk until we sat down in the car later. The worst part was the space next to me was open the whole time. I understand people have their own work stations but if two people come in together, they should make the effort to sit them together. I had scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance for two pedis and two manis, but when we arrived, they had no record of me or my friend. Tammy was extremely rude to my friend and seemed more focused on upselling than providing good service. My friend simply asked for a regular pedicure with white tips, but Tammy insisted they only do French white tip toes in gel polish, claiming it couldn't be done with regular polish, which made no sense. While cutting her toenails, Tammy cut the big toe too close to the skin, causing redness at the tip and didn't even offer an apology. She was rough and careless throughout. When asked to fix one of the toes, she returned irritated and said, "You keep moving," to which I pointed out that maybe using tissue to separate the toes would help, something basic that she hadn't done, which would have prevented the toes from sticking together and causing the issue in the first place. The whole experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. It appeared Tammy was in a rush to leave because as soon as she was done she left the salon. As for me, I was charged $75 for a full set of gel X nails white tip, which I found to be pricey since they weren't even acrylics. If you can, I recommend you find another salon. read more

Letting the world know that I went to Bliss after nearly a year of doing my pedis myself. Why, you may ask? Because of an accident that happened at another salon during which a sizable chunk of my skin was removed. Scarred (quite literally), I went to Bliss with reservations when a friend proposed some "girl time"there. And...? Faith, restored! Bliss Nails is clean and welcoming. Staff is pleasant and efficient. My friend and I were seated next to each other although they were pretty busy. (We'd called ahead to make an appointment.) Nearly everyone who came in with or without an appointment was seated in five minutes or less. Cold, bottled water was served. My pedi was done quickly and looks great. Cost was about the same as other nail salons I've been to in the past. My friend wanted both a mani and pedi and was able to stay in the chair to get them both done rather than having to move to a table. I noticed that she was asked lots of questions to be sure she got exactly what she wanted. Thank you, Bliss Nails, for taking good care of my feet. I'm now confident I'll go back! read more

After only a week two nails had chipped so I called to get them fixed and they were nice enough to fix them but I did pay $55 plus tip so it's only fair they fix them for no cost. Then 3 days later I have 2 nails chipped and 1 nail that had been fixed two days prior is chipped as well. Gel isn't supposed to chip and I already went for the initial service plus a fix. Don't get gel manicures here because they will chip and you'll be out your money. The attitude from the nail tech when I came in with an appointment for the fix was also not pleasant. She barely said a word to me, don't work at a business that can't do nails right in the first place, then you wouldn't have employees having to work for free for a 5 minute nail fix. read more

Wasn't that busy when I arrived, and was seated immediately as a walk-in. Got plain white gel pedicure, nothing special. There was a consistent stream of clients calling/coming in as I was getting my pedicure. The gel on my toes started peeling after two weeks (4/15). Feels like gel used to last a lot longer, but maybe it's been a while since I've gotten a gel pedicure and things have changed. Or was it because I had been hiking a little more frequently and that caused the gel to not last as long? Either way, this is an OK place. If you're in the area and needing a last minute pedi, and not worried about the longevity of your (gel) pedi, this might be the place to come to. I sat for over 10 minutes, unacknowledged. She had moved on to other customers and didn't not finish the service after I had already paid and tipped. There was no massage or cuticle oil placed. I typically get a full set of IBD gel, and the previous experiences have been meticulous and courteous. This why I state you get decent service when you pay more. read more

Ive been here many times. The service was initially hit or miss but I give it 4 stars because I love Vicky and Nguyen now. They are the only people I let touch my nails. Otherwise my gel manicure will chip in just a few days. They may guarantee two weeks but no one has time to go back for that. Sadly Ive yet to find a good person for my toes. Tammy is not very friendly and sometimes even rude. Today I went in and she did my toes. She had to fix the polish on one because she accidentally scraped it. When I asked her to please fix it she just rushed polish on top and left to her phone. It still looked bad because you could still see the chip under the polish so I flagged her down again. She came back, put a bunch of new nail polish on it again (without taking the old off) and then dug into the side of my nails to clean off all the excess nail polish now on my toes. Super sloppy and now im sure it will chip in days with a layer of chipped polished hidden under new polish. I'll have to make sure she doesn't do my toes again. read more
