They did such a good job on my french tip full set and pedi!!! Tina is amazing with shaping, my nails are smooth with no bumps. They take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. 10/10 love!!!!

The shape, color, and execution was delicate, beautiful, and exceeded expectations!

It's a risk coming here. I went on a Saturday. I got there, and Tina was super nice so sweet and said it would be 30 mins or I can come back Sunday. She was so sweet I returned in 30 minutes. Both times I let her know I wanted a dip powder refill. She gave me powder to choose from and another 30 minutes later, Mandy took me. She said she has her appointment there but she will do my refill. I said I could come back ( I was tired of waiting and wanted to go on with my day). She assured me it won't take long and after she started to file she said "oh this is powder you do gel refill" I said no it probably won't look right. She said they don't have the powder base. Why didn't Tina say this to begin with? Mandy said she'll do a gel refill it will look the same. I was so tired I said ok and my god I regret it. Mind you, the whole time Mandy was saying how the last nail tech left my nails bumpy, she used tools from the "soiled" box, cut me. There's no AC there's a back door open and that's the air you get. Everything it run down and old. My nails look nothing like the powder. It's not even the same shade and I just wanted a fill. Like these ladies made me want to take a break from nails if not never get them again. As you can see from the pictures, they are so thick and ugly, the gel went onto my skin- so embarrassing. I called when I got home and they said they don't work Sundays and can't fix my nails then, to go Tuesday. My baby got sick on Monday I couldn't go Tuesday and I called all day with no answer. I didn't have time again until a week or so later. I just left there today. Tina remembers me and her demeanor was different this time. After I explained why I couldn't make it before she said I waited too long that if she does them she'll charge me. She's booked all day maybe Monday. I showed her where it looks like fungus she laughed at me. She said that takes a month not a couple of weeks for fungus. That I brought fungus in lol! I asked for my money back and she said "it's not my job". That they will redo nails up to three days later and THEY are happy. But after that it's "not my job not my problem". But it's her business? Waste of time and money.

Tina has been taking care of my nails for almost a year now. She has cared for my big toe that had a fungus infection and the nail fell off! Her expert knowledge and her attention to detail is awesome. I am happy to say my nail is almost all the way grown out and clean without infection. It hasn't been easy but she did it! Kaiser wanted me to use a very strong medication that could of hurt my liver which I refused. I visited her regularly along side cleaning my feet and with with using Lamisil fungal spray daily. I can't tell you how many shops I have been to and wasn't very happy. I am pleased with her care! If you need help with a nail problem I recommend seeing her right away. She will take care of you! I would like to say Tina seriously never fails me! I am so in love with these nails I usually do just color and some marble but found some inspo and she came up with this! I have known Tina for almost 10 years and I get my nails done every 4 weeks because they don't ever fall off like getting them done at other places. I highly recommend her, and I promise she will never fail you either. read more

If you live in Spring Valley and need your nails done this is the best place to go. Tina has been doing my nails now for seven years and she is absolutely amazing. Tina is open seven days a week and has very flexible hours. I always get compliments on my fingernails and I go to her because I have especially long nails and Tina knows exactly what to do.Whether you are new to the area or just in limbo with who to choose for your new nail tech Tina is definitely the person to meet. Amazing Nails is located at 9918 Campo Rd. and has plenty of parking. It is right next-door to a great Mexican food place so you can actually eat and get your nails done at the same time. read more

My local nail establishment as long as I'm in Spring Valley. Tina's customer service hits it out of the ball park! She was able to get me in Friday afternoon, did an amazing pedicure job. Needless to say I messed up my polish/design on the same day. I called her Saturday morning to fit me in Monday and the plan was to go in Monday but she called me back to come in Saturday mid-morning. I love she gives you enough time to get to her shop. Not a can you come now :-). read more

I went in to get my nails done after seeing their advertisement on the side of the road. The towels were dirty on the tables and the woman asked for cash only. I told her my pinky nail was broken and just put some glue on it and she told me no she said she had 30 years experience and I can get the fungus and I said look there's no fungus on it just stop picking at it it hurts and she kept telling me she knows best. She's had all these years experience. So finally, she got angry with me and I told her I don't need her to do my nails. I'll go somewhere else. It doesn't matter how many years experience somebody has if the customer is in pain, you respect that first. I would never go back here again. read more

Always HAPPY when I come here, no where else can compete. And I am PICKY, but I trust her to do exactly what I like, I can sleep and wake up and she laid my nails out beautifully. Tina is an amazing nail artist. I have been going to Tina for nearly 7 years now and has never failed me. I used to go to other places and my nails would pop off after 2 weeks. I went to Tina and my nails lasted me way longer than a month. I came in today not knowing what I wanted but a general idea. Tina recommend ideas and this is what we came up with. My review is not based on the nail job itself since we left before they got started. My daughter and I made appointments for gel mani pedi, the lady that came over to help us didn't know how to remove gel polish. The cart with all her equipment was really dirty full of nails from other clients I ask her to change the towel since it was so dirty she went to go grab a clean cart and rinsed her equipment that appeared to had just been used with water only. We didn't feel comfortable and left. read more

Both my daughter and I got pedicures and my daughter also got a manicure, no gel (my daughter is 10). They said they couldn't do a design on her nails cause she wasn't getting gel, they could only use stickers? My pedicure was mediocre, I've never had a tech immediately go in with an electric file. I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.

Typically, my mani and pedi are done simultaneously by two different ladies. However, I noticed that only one lady was working on me while 4 others just paced around and chatted with each other. What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons. What was even more frustrating was that by the evening three of my nails were already chipped! Will not be returning, don't recommend!

I requested the second level of pedicure. I wanted my calluses removed and a massage. From the rough way that she cut my toe nails, to the lack of removing my calluses, to the non-existent leg massage, I was done very quickly. The callus removal was so bad, that my socks were catching on my feet when I put them on. She did not address my cuticles at all. Since the spa was fairly empty, I asked to sit in the chair for 5 minutes to let the polish dry before I put on my flip flops and she exhibited a strange attitude. This was not a free service. This was not a customized service. It was a service right off their menu. I expect kindness and a caring attitude when having someone work on my feet. This was not done either time with two different people. If I could give a rating of zero for my experience, I would.

I was able to get seen right away so that was nice. My nails were already done from a previous appointment but they needed a fill pretty badly. They are almond shaped and the powder color was a nude pink. My regular nail tech mixes 2 colors so I didn't expect a match at this place but it was fine. I was getting them painted matte black anyways. The nail techs here was all older woman, nice, didn't really talk a lot. Just asked what I wanted, what color and shape and how short. I don't want to assume her English wasn't the best but also, I gather she's not fluent. It was definitely a trust the process type of service. It looked worse before it got better. There was no cuticle care and the finishing buff was not as smooth as I would have liked. The nails also were a bit thicker than what I started with. The shape changed slightly but not a big deal. The one thing I would say I didn't like the most was the polish did not start at the cuticle. She left a gap on all nails. It's not the biggest deal but its just not what I prefer. I wanted a matte black polish and anyone who knows matte colors knows you can see every imperfection. You can see the brush strokes and bumpiness of some of the nails. Again I know how matte colors work so I just didn't complain because I was there as a last resort. The salon is a decent size and appears well taken care of. Its a quiet area. One thing I did question was cleanliness. There was a nail tech with no customers who was sitting at a station trimming her own nails. My mind instantly went to are those tools her personal tools or tools for a customer? Will she clean them? Then it spiraled from there. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience and in a pinch it was sufficient. Would I make an appointment here?
