    Selection and lovely ladies!

This is quite literally the best ice cream we have ever tasted! You can taste all the homemade ingredients. It is absolute heaven in your mouth. If you ever come to Sedona, you must stop here.

Kevin you were so nice! Thank you for assisting us with such great energy. This place truly has the best Ice Scream in Sedona, I promise! Ruly and I were very happy with the service and also the ice scream. Thank you Kevin! We will come visit you soon from Las Vegas.

Absolutely loved this spot! We were in the mood for ice cream while we walked around Sedona, and Yelp showed me this place which had great reviews so we decided to come here. The location has such a beautiful view of the red rocks and has some inside seating and some benches outside. They were busy but moved quickly and were very friendly and patient. The ice cream was so super fresh tasting. We ended up getting a waffle cone w/ strawberry and mango, tres leches cake scoops in a cup, chocolate scoops in a cup and a strawberry and cream paleta and all of them were so flavorful and delicious! My absolute favorite was the strawberry and cream paleta! The strawberries in it were full size and it tasted as if it was just made and so super creamy. Great spot to grab some tasty treats!

This place is cute and has some very creative ice cream and popsicle choices. We had an Avocado popsicle and a Bubble Gum popsicle, Carmel Frap and Vanilla Latte. The Bubble Gum popsicle was really good and everything else tasted just ok. The view was amazing! The customer service was not great at all. The young lady working was not helpful and seemed bothered when you asked her a question. We felt like we were bothering her by coming in. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

    The spread! So many flavors

This place knows what it's doing. Location is great with high foot traffic, and especially for visitors visiting Sedona, a quick ice cream break is perfect here. There's regular ice cream/gelato but we were drawn to the variety of paleta flavors. So many to choose from. I know some of my friends got the fruit with tajin ones, I got avocado and my boyfriend got passion fruit/mango. All of them were a hit. I especially liked the passion fruit/mango because it was super refreshing. Avocado was good! - they have some kind of frozen avocado bits in there which I was ok with. Don't hesitate and just come! Even if it takes you 15 minutes to find parking bc the plaza is PACKED!

Fabulous flavors. I had a banana split with passion fruit, guava, and Angel's Kiss (cherry coconut). Really hit the spot after a run around Cathedral Rock.

What a lovely little spot!! Nothing like some positive yelp reviews and anything mango + chile to get me in the door. I stopped in with my family while visiting Sedona this past weekend. We were looking for a cool treat and I was looking for a small shop local. They have coffee/tea, specialty desserts such as banana splits, mangonadas, and milkshakes, fruit cocktails and nachos, fruit popsicles galore, and ice cream. Wow, I want to try every popsicle flavor. My husband had the Berry Cheesecake, which I tasted and really enjoyed. They use real fruit in all of their popsicles and I can't wait to come back and try more. I ordered the mangonada, despite the pricey price point, because I've been eyeing one for a long time. Mangonada consists of mango sorbet, lime juice, tajin, a syrup, and a tamarind stick. It was REALLY good. I will certainly be back. I can see why they have a local 2020 award for the best local ice cream shop.

    Upstairs end unit, with views!

WOW! This ice cream shop has an amazing selection of artisan ice cream, REAL fruit popsicles, and refreshing fruits and coffee that are super uplifting! The popsicle selection is great and we ordered Mango Passion Fruit and Guava options. Both were delightful! I would highly recommend it and plan to come back for more! Yummm.

Never a bad experience on any of the Michoacana's ! In love with their día a ice cream! It was hard to choose as they have so many flavors!!! I also love that they have corn in the cup and tostilocos! All their products' taste stays consistent! Which is amazing.

Horchata coffee (not on menu) sooooo good
    Lily J.

Such a beautiful place and delicious snacks. I got elote and mango chili popsicle. It tastes like straight frozen fruit rather than processed ice cream. As for the drinks I couldn't decide between coffee and horchata so I got both in the same cup. She made me a horchata coffee! It was so so good. I'm sad I'm already full but I'll be back tomorrow during my stay in Sedona. If you're in Uptown Sedona, make a visit! You can't go wrong with mango chili popsicles:)

    Strawberries and cream
    Richard H.

Outstanding assortment of colors and flavorful frozen fruit bars. Mix of juice based and cream based bars in a multitude of choices. The artistry and mixed of fruit in the bars produce an eye catching selection that make it difficult to decide. I chose the strawberries and cream, which was tasted like the Hagen Daaz Strawberry ice cream on a bar!

Aside from the tea, they also sold all kinds of goodies--from traditional dresses to books to little trinkets--which I later found out that 70% of the products they sold here were handmade by their rural women & men. There was just so much to explore that my eyes and my heart were full and I haven't even had their teas yet. Another couple of things I found out later on while I indulged myself in more chai than I probably should have and scrolled through their website: (1) half of their profit goes to support women and children in Pakistan, and (2) this place is a "social-enterprise dedicated to peace-building and socio-economic empowerment of women and children in Pakistan." With that, truly, my heart and my belly could not be fuller and I'm so glad I made a point to visit this place at Tlaquepaque! There were some tables and chairs, as well as area rugs where groups sat crisscross applesauce, outside the store on the terrace since they're located on the second floor. They also had a few of these super charming balconies you can hang out and sip your drink at. If you're not in a rush, I think staying and having your tea there completes the whole experience. What we tried: Butter Chai - 5/5 Traditional Cardamom -4/5 Iced Black - 4/5 From the three drinks we got, my ultimate favorite was the Butter Chai. Apparently, they don't consider this as their best seller, but I have seen so many people rave about this particular drink and I couldn't be happier that I went for it. It was the perfect symphony of sweet and creamy with the spices not being too overwhelming. I didn't know that it came with some toppings of crushed pistachios too, but they make sure to ask if you're okay with that when you order. Overall, this one's quite a special place. If you get a chance to stroll around the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, I highly recommend you stop by here!

I ended up choosing the rocky road. It was good overall, with a generous amount of marshmallows and chopped almonds, but the texture was a bit too soft for my liking. The small bits of chopped almonds just added to my dissatisfaction of the texture. While the taste was enjoyable, it wasn't something I'd go out of my way to get again especially since I was treated rudely. Unfortunately, what really turned me off was the service. While I was waiting for my waffle cone, my son was trying a few flavors and really liked one with Butterfinger bits. He asked me to get a sample so I can try how good it is. The young woman helping us (with blondish-red hair) clearly noticed we had already ordered and responded with a rude, dismissive look. She handed me the sample and said, "I need to take care of these other customers," in a tone that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Sampling is a normal part of the experience at ice cream shops, and the interaction felt unwelcoming. Because of that experience, I didn't recommend this place to others in my group, and I wouldn't return. I would have been happier with a soft serve cone at the Sedona McDonald's!

Wow Here is what happened Last year we had a great experience coming to this ice cream shop. And the reason why we came back is because they had this delicious vegan option. So we made this trip special to come to the shop. So the only two vegan options they had today was two different types of sorbets. And then I asked that last time I was here I was given a chocolate option. She said no these are the only two options and then the owner was there. She said I've never made anything else here. You're right I didn't have a vegan ice cream that was not a sorbet.
