This has got to be the BEST most FLAVORFUL ice cream I have ever had. I'm glad I don't live near by because I would be eating so much of that stuff. I sampled the passion fruit and it tasted like eating a real passion fruit. It had so much flavor! It wasn't like a timid, struggling to taste the passion fruit. It was a kick in your mouth, I'm the boss and I'm here flavor. Service was great and the lady behind the counter was friendly. Absolutely loved this spot! We were in the mood for ice cream while we walked around Sedona, and Yelp showed me this place which had great reviews so we decided to come here. The location has such a beautiful view of the red rocks and has some inside seating and some benches outside. They were busy but moved quickly and were very friendly and patient. The ice cream was so super fresh tasting. We ended up getting a waffle cone w/ strawberry and mango, tres leches cake scoops in a cup, chocolate scoops in a cup and a strawberry and cream paleta and all of them were so flavorful and delicious! My absolute favorite was the strawberry and cream paleta! The strawberries in it were full size and it tasted as if it was just made and so super creamy. I heard about this amazing ice cream place from my neighbors. I am a local in Sedona, and I didn't realize it was even there on the second floor, back toward the back of Sinagua Plaza in Uptown. This place knows what it's doing. Location is great with high foot traffic, and especially for visitors visiting Sedona, a quick ice cream break is perfect here. There's regular ice cream/gelato but we were drawn to the variety of paleta flavors. So many to choose from. I know some of my friends got the fruit with tajin ones, I got avocado and my boyfriend got passion fruit/mango. All of them were a hit. He was borderline rude until we stuck a tip in his tip jar to try to cheer him up. Which it did, he actually smiled and was kind then. The queso cheese was to die for. What a lovely little spot!! Nothing like some positive yelp reviews and anything mango + chile to get me in the door. I stopped in with my family while visiting Sedona this past weekend. We were looking for a cool treat and I was looking for a small shop local. They have coffee/tea, specialty desserts such as banana splits, mangonadas, and milkshakes, fruit cocktails and nachos, fruit popsicles galore, and ice cream. Wow, I want to try every popsicle flavor. My husband had the Berry Cheesecake, which I tasted and really enjoyed. They use real fruit in all of their popsicles and I can't wait to come back and try more. I ordered the mangonada, despite the pricey price point, because I've been eyeing one for a long time. Mangonada consists of mango sorbet, lime juice, tajin, a syrup, and a tamarind stick. It was REALLY good. I will certainly be back. Such a beautiful place and delicious snacks. I got elote and mango chili popsicle. It tastes like straight frozen fruit rather than processed ice cream. As for the drinks I couldn't decide between coffee and horchata so I got both in the same cup. She made me a horchata coffee! It was so so good. The perfect oasis to cool down and have a sweet treat! This is a family business, they make all of their ice cream and popsicles (paletas) in house. And believe me when I say it is SO delicious! My family and I came in one night for ice cream after eating dinner nearby, and we had to come back the next day for more to try their paletas. How could we not after seeing their incredible display? Just like the one I have back home (San Jose, CA), they serve both popsicles and churned ice cream. The flavors are very similar and the prices are as well. Being that it's a small town, it makes sense for it's prices. A popsicle runs $3 for non dairy/cream, and $4 for a dairy/cream popsicle. They did offer samples of the churned ice cream, but because I still had to head back to the hotel, me and my bf opted out for the popsicles. We got 4, one coconut (my least favorite), pecans and cream (fav), Strawberries and cream (2nd fav), and Cucumber lime (didn't get to try but my bf enjoyed it). Yes, we did go a little overboard and got 4. That's a lot of ice cream, but whos there to judge? I started with the strawberries and cream, which I should have saved. It tasted like cheesecake. Then the coconut, it was too much shaved pieces. Although it was real pieces, I did not enjoy it as much. It wasn't as sweet or creamy as I was used to. I did get a bite of the pecans and cream and it was delicious, probably the best one they have! Finding this place was hard. Since I can't give a 4.5 star, I'll give a 5 star. I didn't taste any of the treats here because by the time we got here, my blood sugar levels were rising too fast and I didn't want to make it worse. So I opted to watch my husband and kids enjoy their treats. My kids both got popsicles which they loved. They're kind of like palletas, but gourmet. My husband got ice cream in a waffle cone and he said it was okay. He would give this place a 4 star, but the kids each gave this place 5 stars, so 5 star it is. It did seem a little pricey at $4.25/scoop. I don't know how much the popsicles were, but probably in the $4 range as the total for the popsicles and ice cream was $13-14. I thought the ice cream we got last week from a different place was expensive, but when I costed out how much it would've cost us here, it would've been over $50 for 4 people (3 scoops each). These are not large scoops, either. Our lunch was pretty expensive, so maybe it's just this area that is much pricier. But, if my family is happy, I'm good. Hopefully if we're in the area again, and my blood sugar is good, I hope to be able to try something here. read more

This place is soooo good. Never fails to deliver. It has the freshest and tastiest homemade ice cream. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's kind of hard to find so FYI it's on the second floor to the left of Open Range Grill and Tavern. We had the mangonada- the mangoes were sweet and fresh, the mango sorbet fruity, and it's so well spiced. It's the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy. Don't miss out on this place!
