Sabrina's Ice Cream is a decent stop if you're walking around Sedona on a hot day and want something cold, but I wouldn't call it a must-visit. The ice cream itself was fine -- nothing bad, just nothing that really stood out either. The single scoop was surprisingly large, so at least you're not getting shorted there. On the other hand, the milkshake was $16.99, which feels pretty steep.  Overall, it's an average ice cream spot. I'm honestly not sure why this Ice Cream Shop has so many 1-star reviews, as my family and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, and despite milkshakes taking a little extra time (which is understandable), it came out promptly. It was delicious and went down extremely easy. Please give this spot a chance; it really seems like they are working hard to improve their image and reputation. Go grab a yummy dessert--it's ice cream at the end of the day, so what's not to love? The ice cream shop is located indoors next to a full service restaurant and some local shops couldn't think of a better location for this! The ice cream portions are huge so keep that in mind if you ask for two flavors the Huckleberry flavor was by far the best. It had blueberry pieces inside and it was very light. My husband and I came to Sedona on our annual road trip. We had a craving for ice cream and we stopped at this location. Here's my opinion on this place: The Ice Cream I got the hot fudge sundae on a Sunday lol and my husband got the Turtle Sundae. They were both delicious and creamy just what we expected it then to be. I'm more of the no frills type so I always get Hot Fudge Sundaes and this one was really good. The Service The staff seemed not so happy, so the service wasn't friendly at all. I know we're not at Disneyland the happiest place on earth but at least try to be a bit more hospitable. The Establishment The place was clean and orderly no complaints there. The Conclusion The ice cream is creamy and delicious, however the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. I was in Sedona one morning in late November. Why would I want a scoop of ice cream so early in the day? Who knows but I had a craving. They also had a peanut butter fudge flavor that caught my eye. The ice cream was fine. There wasn't anything special about it. Although it was an overpriced scoop of ice cream... in the dead of summer, Sabrina's is probably a must stop when you're walking around Sedona. This ice cream shop is part of a food court-like building. If you make your way to the patio in the back, you can get a better view of Snoopy Rock. Don't ask if you don't know... just go and look. I do agree with the crowd here on service. There was only one person in front of me and no one behind me so it wasn't busy at all. Two employees were on duty when I was here ordering my scoop. One of them was on her phone and turned away from me when I stepped up to the counter... ok, weird. The other filled my order of a scoop of peanut butter fudge in a waffle cone. While he did fill my order, it was like I was inconveniencing him through the entire ordeal. It didn't help matters that my waffle cone was cracked. What does an ice cream shop do when a cone is cracked? I've been in dozens of shops where they either start over or put your cone/scoop into another cone. What did this employee do? He wrapped it in a bunch of napkins and in little to no words told me to hope for the best. The last part of my order was asking for peanuts to be sprinkled... (I had to ask twice). If you're in Sedona and need a quick treat, give this place a try or just go to the Starbucks in the same area for an iced drink. Don't expect the service to be 100% here. read more

After driving up from fishing at Trout farm it was pretty warm out and my niece wanted something cold. She wanted a snow cone except she doesn't like flavored ice. I asked the lady working if she could make me a plain snow cone (pretty much plain ice) and she made it for me no problem. Then I sat out on the balcony to admire the red rock formations. Both flavors rocked! Not too sweet and not too overbearing on each flavor. Service was fast and friendly. If you want an extra treat to enhance your Spiritual Sedona experience. Sit out front instead of the balcony. There's a cool native Indian who plays a mean Indian flute. It's calming. Music like in yoga, meditating or if you're getting a massage. You can have ice cream and Indian flute music while admiring the red rocks and people watch in the shade.
