There were at least 12 orders that were done before ours, who ordered after us. So eventually my boyfriend's friend goes up to ask where ours are, and the guy is clueless. He apologized and said there's only one machine working. Okay, but how is that relevant to the amount of orders he did before ours? It isn't. Then, my boyfriend's friend clearly stated what we wanted, multiple times, pointing to each person who ordered one. Nutella, Nutella and vanilla, and Oreo. The guy comes back and starts talking about strawberry. Before that, he was talking to another group about strawberry too! What?! No one said strawberry but he really wanted to make strawberry I guess? I wanted to try the Nutella one and the vanilla one, that's why I ordered what I did. It turns out they don't do half and half, they just mix the flavors together. That's so disappointing, and a waste of money, but they don't tell you that till after you get your ice cream. Overall the ice cream was mediocre at best. The service was unfortunately trash, and this was a waste of time and money. I would definitely never recommend this place.
