The guy comes back and starts talking about strawberry. Before that, he was talking to another group about strawberry too! What?! Even though employees were walking by & changing some of the empty ice creams out for full ones, no one ever asked us if we needed help with anything. I ended up making eye contact with a lady behind the counter on the opposite side of the store & she's waving me over - I walk to the other side of the store (it was recently remodeled & has a longer layout than most other stores) she tells me I have to order there - I said "so I have to come over here just to walk back over there to tell you what I want? How does that makes sense?" Basically, they want you to pay 1st & then they will walk to the other side to prepare what you ordered - I don't have a problem with paying 1st but as a customer, don't make me stand there while the employees are either walking back & forth past me or staring at me from the other side of the store, essentially waiting for me to come to you. I told her she should of walked over to us & asked us to come & pay 1st instead of standing there & waiting for your customers to figure out you don't want to move & want them to come to you while you simply stand there. I left without purchasing anything & have no plans on going back to this DD anymore- there's way too many more to choose from.
