This was a great little find in an area I do not visit very often. I'm guessing that it is family run and everyone was very friendly. The churros were on point. I think I killed two of them before we made it out of Melrose Park. We tried vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. They had a few other flavors to choose from, and their prices were about average. They had a professional model espresso machine. I had an Americano and it was average, but I am admittedly particular about my coffee. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be to look into a better coffee bean. I liked that they took precautions for COVID. The place is small, so I am not sure if they ever have seating. It is not easy to find this place. I almost gave up until I started reading very carefully each business name on that block. It would help so much if every business in this block had their own style name on the business. Yelp sent me to the corner on Lake and 19th but it's actually on the opposite corner same side of street. It's a tiny place but it's so worth it. They make the charros right in front of you.
