It met the standards and expectations everyone set for me. Culver's is a fitting fast food…read morerestaurant for locals not in California for a good reason. It has amazing quality for a variety of dairy products. First up, the sandwiches are solid. I've had a taste of almost every burger this location had to offer and they were great burgers. I think they're comparable to the fancier burgers in the West. However, it's an unfair comparison to In-N-Out considering the gap in their price points. It would be fairer to compare a Culver's to a Habit or 5 Guys. Not phenomenal, but it's something I may consider every once in a while. The kickers were the variety of shakes and their cheese curds. Wow. The cheese curds were simply addicting, and people had to take the bag away from me so that I would stop eating them. The shakes were also phenomenal. It tasted like the foundation of these shakes were on another tier. For those that aren't familiar, there's also flavors of the day, so keep an eye out for those!

It's usually very clean and well taken care of and has become a staple in regard to those fast food days. I don't do fast food a lot but when I do Culver's is at the top of my list. The chicken tenders are another favorite of mine as well there along with all the dipping sauces.

This Russell Stover outlet store is connected to the factory which employs between 300 and 500…read morepeople. The store has an amazing selection of chocolate and other sweets as well as ice cream. When you walk in you're greeted and given a sample to try. The backroom has all of the candy that is a little older but still not expired, but at lower prices. They also stock what they call bloopers which are the candy that may look a little odd but still taste great. In addition to Stover's, they also make and sell some other national brands which they acquired years ago, like the Whitman's sampler.

I visited the Russell Stover store a few years ago when it was in its old building and was entirely…read morean outlet store. On this visit, I was surprised to see an entirely new building on the lot where the old one used to be. The new building looks like someone's large, fancy house and has a nice seating area with tables outside, in case you want to enjoy your treats before you leave. We walked in and were greeted with the sweet scent of chocolate. We immediately tried some samples of their caramel apples, which were delicious. They have a variety of truffles and other treats in a glass case at the front that are sold individually, as well as ice cream and coffee. Someone asked us right away if we needed help or wanted anything from the cases. The rest of this part of the store is a great selection of pre-packaged hard candies, chocolates, Jelly Belly dispensers, and gift boxes. They also have several shelves of sugar-free treats, including chocolates and hard candies, which was nice to see. At first I thought that everything was regular price and there was no longer an outlet component. Then I realized that the front of the store is full price candy, while the large, Costco-esque room in the back is the outlet section. A piece of advice - check the expiration dates when you're browsing this part of the store. While chocolate doesn't exactly go bad the second the clock strikes the expiration date on the package, the candy they had back there that hasn't expired yet will likely taste fresher and better. Some of the outlet candy was from Christmas and Valentine's Day and was rapidly approaching its expiration date, while some had expired back in 2016. I realize that this is to be expected in a discount section, but it's just something to be aware of.
