This behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances, but especially when serving seniors who rely on patience and courtesy. Shortly afterward, while the ladies were seated at a table, one of your employees removed the umbrella that was providing them with shade. These are older adults, and shade is not a convenience--it is a matter of comfort and safety. Removing it without offering an alternative or explanation showed a disregard for their well‑being. We understand that employees may have long days, but none of this justifies treating customers--particularly vulnerable seniors--in such a dismissive manner.
