    Agua de Pepino

Great spot if you're craving any salty or sweet or spicy or all 3! The service is great, the variety is large, and you'll never leave wanting more. They have a large variety of ice cream flavors that they make in house, along with a large variety of snacks that they prepare when you order. The women behind the counter are friendly and attentive and get you quickly on your way so if you see a long line (which you most likely will on weekends) do not fret as they move quickly. I recommend the mangonada - mango sorbet with mango chunks throughout drizzled with chamoy and topped off with a tamarind candy straw. The agua de pepino is sweet and refreshing and definitely a must try!

The food is amazing!!! Drinks are the best thing I've had in years!! The inside of the restaurant is breathtaking. Service was fast and precise. Helped with suggestions. Accepting of all 10/10!! Fresh produce, everything is in eyesight so you see you're getting great quality food and service. Music is amazing you need to check this place out ASAP!

Amazing Mexican appetizers/snacks. I love their raspados, antojitos, aguas frescas, but most of all their ice cream bars. They are homemade and have every flavor you could imagine. A must stop on a summer day.

Wow, is what I have to say about this place. To begin we were in search of the fruit bars by the same name that was sold in Costco. So, we found La Michoacana Premium. The restaurant was super clean the staff couldn't have been friendlier (Rare in this day and age). Let us try almost every flavor until we found one we liked. Well worth the drive for us. Only possible down side is English is not a first language but they are patient and everything else makes up for it. A bit of Mexico right here in Denver.

It was my first time going to a michoacana premium and I was not disappointed! Service was great and what I got was super yummy! The agua de frutas tasted exactly like the ones I get when we go to México! If you have time to stop by, I would definitely recommend :)

Delicious shrimp fajita burrito! We go back every time we're in Vegas. Wish they were open early for breakfast!

We were charged $44.00 for one pint of vanilla ice cream and one quart of cheesecake ice cream on 7/25/22. Ridiculous!

I grabbed a seat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and engaging. On a recent Wednesday at 7:15, the restaurant was packed. When I left around 8:30, it was still busy. That's usually the best review a restaurant can get. Loyal customers don't keep coming back out of habit. They come back because it feels like home. The all-day happy hour margarita for $9 certainly doesn't hurt. The second one arrives before you've had time to argue yourself out of it. I ordered the enchiladas with carne asada and their house mole. If you're expecting one of those intensely complex moles with enough ingredients to fill a pantry, this isn't that. Adelitas' version is comforting, approachable, and deeply homey. It tastes less like a culinary experiment and more like something your abuela has been making for decades. The carne asada was tender, the rice and beans were exactly what they should be, and every bite reminded me why comfort food never goes out of style. Before leaving, I made the smartest decision of the evening. Tres leches to go. I devoured it later at home while Netflix asked if I was still watching. The cake somehow manages to be light while completely satisfying. Don't skip it. Better yet, don't pretend you're saving it for tomorrow. Adelitas isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you well, welcome you warmly, and send you home happier than when you arrived. Whether your abuela was Mexican...or Greek...you'll understand exactly what they're serving here.

Happy hour is from 4-6 every day and the deals are great. The quesabirria and the camarones al aljillo were delicious. I have been here before for their molcajetes and those were excellent as well, and good for sharing. They do have a small covered patio area which is adjacent a busy street. A great way to leave your comfort zone and try whatever they are featuring for a reduced price. Their variety of curated mezcal is a great way to start and make progress on your mezcal journey. There is such a variety of mezcal that I believe there is something for almost everyone. Put your trust in their bartenders to guide you on the different styles and flavors. And finally, they are a huge part of the Colorado agave collective. Monthly agave tasting. The best way to learn and appreciate.
