Ordered from the self siosks and the two girls working brought out the Purple Sticky rice and two Taro Mochi Milk out fairly quick. Will definitely come here again. Wow! I feel like Yomie's really stepped up their game over the past several years. I came here once a few years ago and enjoyed my visit, but didn't really find my way back again until I saw their sandos. Yes, everything is all about the sandos for me lately! I got the ube strawberry sando and have been thinking about it every week since... It was creamy, deliciously flavored, the fruit was fresh...the bread soft...what else can you ask for?! My partner enjoys the mango foam slush and I like their milk tea and their mango passion fruit tea. I haven't tried the purple rice or their yogurt drinks yet. I wish they had more milk tea drinks with different types of tea. It's been fairly busy when I come here, so I try to schedule the pickup option. We really enjoy this place, I really like how we can make it kind of a small meal blended into a fabulous dessert, that actually feels healthy! Before Yomie's I hadn't tried fresh yogurt drinks before. I got the red bean purple rice yogurt. Red bean and purple rice are a great combination and I really enjoyed the mouth feel of it. The drink was great, but next time I'll likely get something with flavor, like one of the teagurts or fruit smoothies, because the plain yogurt taste got a little boring towards the end. The standard boba was also very good according to my friend. A good tea taste and chewy, well-cooked boba. read more

Drinks are good. I recommend going for what they are known for- purple rice yogurt. When I go out of what they are known for I get a little disappointed. The strawberry sandwich is a no go for me. The tanghulu was a must try for me because of my culture and I watch so much period c dramas... iykyk I would not get it again, it's a one time thing for me. I don't like the sugar getting stuck in my teeth. Overall, this place is a bit more expensive than other places. Good to try out but I don't NEED to come back, unless it's for the purple yogurt drink. The taro mochi is also an honorable mention. This is a great spot for drinks and snacks! I try to come here at least once whenever I am in town. I am especially fond of having purple rice in the yogurt drinks. There are a few yogurt drinks which include the purple rice. My granddaughter loves the yogurt with purple rice drink, too! It was really good! For today's visit, I got the Red Bean Purple Rice Yogurt. Yomie's makes their probiotic yogurt daily and cuts up their fruits each day. They also have Teagurt drinks which consists of Tea and Yogurt. Check out their menu to get an idea of what interests you! There are so many options! I have tried the Egg Waffles. They are cute with a little face on them! They do offer a lot of different items like Tanghulu, Fruit Sandwiches, Chicken Wings and Popcorn Chicken, Musubi, Bowls with Purple Rice, Coconut, or Sago, Egg Waffles, and Egg Custard. In two minds about this restaurant. I enjoyed the drink I ordered - strawberry watermelon orange fruit tea. And his mango foam slush and her teagurt were also yummy. The Tanghulu we are particular about. The sugar coating was thicker than we like and stuck to our teeth. We're spoiled as we had Tanghulu in Seoul and they're coated so thin and is so delicate. The strawberry Sando was fine. Again, we are spoiled by having it overseas. The inner dining area music was loud. Should have sat outside since it was a pretty nice day. Next time. No interaction really with the server other than him announcing the order pick up. We tried to order through the app but didn't work for us. I love getting their mango drinks here, but today I am going to give props to two of its food items: (1) salt & pepper popcorn chicken and (2) salt & pepper chicken wings (Hong Kong style street food items). I bought these two items recently, not at the same time though. The first item I had was the popcorn chicken. I decided to eat one at the shop while I sipped my mango drink. Oh, wow! That first bite blew me away! The saltiness plus the other spices, which I can assume one of them to be ground pepper, were well blended. As I drove away from the place, I wanted and continued to keep eating them, and when I finished that last piece, I reached for more. They were THAT good! The chicken wings had similar seasonings and flavors. Learning from my experience eating the popcorn chicken in my car, this time I sat down in the shop and ate my food. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly, and the 2 dipping sauces were so good too. I ate half of my order while drinking the comped black sesame mochi slush. My tummy was full. I also bought a taro bowl too. The service was good. I spoke to the owner about other food items offered here, and he said business is slower in the summer, which was strange because I thought people would buy the yummy drinks they offer here, but I guess not. I'm looking forward to seeing shaved ice on their menu in the future. I am hopeful they will have this as one of their added items. As I get ready to leave the shop, I noticed the business was picking up with folks sitting down, having conversations with their friends. The ambiance was good: lots of lights coming in through the window, and workers busy making drinks and food. It was a great day. read more

I had never seen this style of store before and the fact that it was an Australian based business really piqued my interest. I originally went in thinking that I was going to get some form of bubble tea because that's what my mind was craving. When I walked into the store and saw the menu, and the story behind the yogurt drinks I was like nope I'm going to try this amazing new find. I ended up getting the yogurt drink with purple rice inside of it. If you are a fan of tangy this is something you will definitely like because it did have that flavor as you drink it. It was not thick it was sort of like a milkshake consistency but creamier if that makes sense. I am a texture person so the fact that it had the purple rice inside of it actually was delightful to me for others it may not be as fun if you're not a fan of a little chewiness in your drinks. The service we received was great there was two people behind the bar one person taking the orders and the other making the drinks. Very friendly said hi gave recommendations and explained some of the top drinks ordered within the menu. The Ambiance itself was very chill. There were other people within the store hanging out, eating, and having small conversations. It would have been nice to have a little more music or something in the background to have some background noise going on. The one thing that was a small ding connected to the trash cans. We ended up taking our drinks with us because we weren't finished, but even if we had the trash cans were pretty full and not a lot of space to throw anything else within them. Yomie's is enjoyed in several Asian countries and now in the US! Definitely view their menu before going. There are too many choices and everything looks delicious. This was my first stop of Mile High Asian Food Week (only from April 27-May 3, 2025 and 10% off if you mention MHAFW). I decided to get the DIY sticky purple rice bowl and added mango. I wanted to also try their tanghulu (fruit candy) but the associate said they would not be ready until later in the afternoon because they were frozen. They have a wide selection of treats that involve rice and yogurt. They also have a cotton candy machine (it was out of order this visit). Wow. Super yummy everything! Never had yogurt rice but I'm in love. We got the purple red bean yogurt rice and it was a textural adventure, not too sweet and the perfect chew! Next up tanghulu was crunchy and delicious! Potatoes croquettes were crispy with a soft potatoey interior but the star of the show for me were the egg waffles! I'd take those over a doughnut any day! Pretty good! The staff were friendly. The mango coconut sticky rice was delicious! Super fresh juicy mango and you can never go wrong with coconut milk. I also had the egg sando and I would say the staff overhyped it. It didn't taste like it had any seasoning at all; just mayo and egg and maybe a tiny bit of salt? Giving this location another try after trying it in Las Vegas already. I got the Mango yogurt with purple rice drink and it didn't hit as much as I wanted it to. The drink could have been a little bit sweeter, but it's mainly the tarts yogurt taste, which is fine but a bit sweeter would be better. Also for a regular sized drink, it was already $8-9, which is pretty expensive in my opinion. If i wanted to make it a large, it would be well over $10 for a drink....kinda overpriced for what you get. Ambiance is very clean and simple, staff is friendly and service is quick. We drove 40 minutes out of our way to visit this spot, and it was absolutely worth it! We have never seen a boba shop quite like this... their menu is so unique. What stood out most was that their drinks actually had some nutritional value with the yogurt and purple rice they use, which is rare in the world of dessert style boba drinks. We tried the jujube purple rice yogurt drink, which was essentially dates and purple rice blended with yogurt, it was such a satisfying combination. The purple rice and date chunks were heavenly through the straw! We also got the strawberry yogurt drink with added purple rice, and it was equally fantastic. Both drinks were incredibly satisfying, and flavorful. We really appreciate their creative take on boba tea, and I'm confident their entire menu is just as impressive. Had my sweet tooth calling. Went to Yomie's Rice x Yogurt to have my favorite sticky purple rice bowl. Luckily found some enticing and freshly made fruit tanghulu. Could not resist my urge to order one. Needless to say the sticky purple rice bowl was as yummy as usually, but what surprised me was how delicious the tanghulu was. Not only was it better tasting than other tanghulu in town (way better than the ones in the supermarkets), but in my opinion, it was even better than the ones I had in Asia. The coating was crisp, not overly sweet or sticky. The strawberries were ripe, succulent and fresh. Overall, it was very refreshing and satisfying. Tried it for the first time during their BOGO event. Clean and spacious area for small group hang outs. Also has a cotton candy making machine. Parking was easy. Service: I ordered it from the kiosk so there were no interactions with the workers. They made the drinks very fast tho. Drinks: ordered a mango melon Teagurt and grand Slam Teagurt. It was refreshing at first but then felt like it was too thick. If you like that thicker texture with the yogurt, you should definitely try their Teagurt. I would like try their boba and fruit drinks instead next time. The clear boba in the mango melon was chewy. I actively sought out Yomie's Rice x Yogurt because I was obsessed with Cow Cow in Oahu, Hawaii. They do have the purple rice drinks here, boba, Taiwanese Fried Chicken, bubble waffles, everything you'd want in a modern boba shop. Well, I finally tried it out. It's a bit far for my liking though parking was easy to spot and easy to find. You enter this super cute cafe and you order everything from the tablet up front. I ordered the original Purple Rice Yogurt drink and my boyfriend tried their red bean drink. I didn't know this was an Australian company and I wish they incorporated more of that in the shop. Our order is placed and we patiently waited for our drinks to be ready at one of the tables. Most of the tables were dirty with spilled drinks, food crumbs, and straw wrappers. But several minutes after we sat down someone came by to clean up the areas. I guess it was just our timing. Once you sip on the yogurt drink, you can instantly tell it's something unique and I loved it. I loved how chewy the purple rice was. Almost like sticky rice. and I loved the yogurt taste. The red bean was also good, but without the texture component, it was like I was sipping on a gogurt. Finally got to try Yomie's Rice & Yogurt a few months ago and liked it more than I thought. I love boba & anything smoothie like so I was excited to try their menu. I had the Mango passion fruit drink with boba which was refreshing and delicious. And my friend had the kiwi teagurt drink with boba, lychee Jelly & oats which was equally delicious (I had to try some) & THICKKK which I quite enjoyed. Their teagurt series is definitely something you should try if you are adventurous. We also had their frozen tanghulu as I've been dying to try tanghulu for a while. So I was fortunate enough to attend a tasting event that Yomie was hosting and everything was just so good. The space has plenty of seating. We learned more about what goes in the drinks and the standards that they set. They use fresh fruit - not frozen that's why other drinks found in Houston like the durian aren't found in the Colorado location. They peel and cut all the fruit. The yogurt drinks do contain dairy and it's best to order it at its regular sweetness level. We tried everything at the regular sweetness level and surprisingly it wasn't too sweet all. I think the yogurt gives it a sour kick. Service is also super friendly and helpful. Be patient with drinks and food order because it takes time to heat machines up. We tried a variety of items from the menu. The purple rice drinks can be a meal replacement. I can see one full size satisfying you. The red bean purple rice drink was delicious. I also loved the mango and strawberry yogurt drinks as well. The teagurt is an acquired taste but you can taste fragrance of tea. On to my favorites, the food. The original egg tart is mainly sold on weekends but the egg tart wasn't the ones you see in dimsum. It's like a Portuguese egg tart but still good. Very flaky which I enjoyed. My favorite was the chicken because the chicken is spiced well. It's still crispy and flavorful. The chicken meat is still juicy. Just so good. I also liked the taro coconut milk bowl. It was very refreshing and there are ingredients like jelly and sweet potato balls. The coconut pudding with the coconut sauce was also another popular favorite among the group. I cannot wait to be back for that chicken and taro bowl. Yomie is a healthier alternative to boba drinks. It's like under 300 calories but also refreshing so it satisfies the boba craving. Colorado Blvd is destination spot for Tea/Desserts with one shop every block and Yomie's is probably my favorite of them. Personally it has most of my favorite items. The green tea boba was solid. The desserts were unique and tasty. Chicken was surprisingly really good and maybe my favorite part. Only thing I think they could do a little better with is better seating and use of space as it is a pretty open space but seating on the side is limited/cramped. read more
