I went here on a weekend morning for breakfast because I was craving a smothered burrito. I got the Aztec burrito which had steak, avocado, beans, and green chili. First off, the meat was very tender and the sauce was great. I did order a medium level heat and I wish it was a little more spicy. I would definitely order it hot next time. The desserts and pastries looked good. I will have to come back and try other things on the menu. The restaurant looked very clean and had an upscale minimalist feel. I was also shocked how fast i got my food.

10/10, I'm sad that I don't live here because I'd be here every week. Run don't walk. Parking is ok, plenty of spots, at busier times you'd have to find street parking. Service was amazing! Their staff is primarily women who are kind, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. The food took less than 10 minutes to bring out even when the restaurant was packed; phenomenal. Food is remarkable, they have a huge menu and the cost matches the portions that they served. I had the Azteca Burrito and it was excellent I also had a Mexican Coke. They have a unique menu, they elegantly pair a sit in experience along with a coffee shop feel. They give both their coffee options, and food options much love; to my surprise they had matcha options!! I've only eaten here once but I can see they adapt their menu to what the people watch kudos to them! This Restaurant is more compact but holds plenty of season and you're not too close to strangers. They have a lot of valentines decor which was awesome to see, subtle and doesn't scream a holiday. I saw them sing happy birthday to another customer, and they let them wear a cute little hat, I love when restaurants go the extra mile to make you and your loved ones feel celebrated. Great restaurant, impeccable vibes, I will be back!!

Very spacious cozy fusion café vibe restaurant with outstanding service. We tried the viral gigantic concha, coffee, and Valentine's special drinks fresh con crema latte. Cute and spacious vibe with outstanding food, drink, and service. I am excited to go back to try other food also!

Santos Cafe & Mexican Grill is an absolute local gem in the Denver/Aurora dining scene, offering a delightful blend of fresh flavors and impeccable service. From the moment I walk in, I start looking at the press making freshly squeezed orange, which sets the mood for the meal ahead. The carnitas burritos are simply outstanding--tender meat bursting with flavor, wrapped in a perfect tortilla. I also like the chicken fried steak-- is a delicious American food offering that hits the spot. Also, their green chili is delish, and coffee drinks are must-haves. Cafe Horchata, yum! The staff is friendly and attentive, making each visit feel like a special occasion. A must-try for anyone looking for top-notch Mexican cuisine with a touch of gringo flair.

Despite this place being very busy and smaller given the size, the flavors of their dishes and the food here is always good. If we're in the area we love to try to stop here for a great cup of coffee, a great breakfast and overall a great experience. Staff is friendly, good home cooked meal. Since it was brunch time, I opted for the tamale plate but I promise you every dish here is worthy of trying at least once. You will not be disappointed. If you have a sweet tooth, try one of their conchas alongside your coffee. They always look devine

Santos is probably one of my favorites places to grab breakfast or brunch. Beginning with an abuelita hot chocolate and a concha is my favorite way to take on the day! I love abuelita hot chocolate so much with all of its warmth and spiced chocolatey goodness. I got to the restaurant a little later in the day so at that point they only had yellow conchas but it still did not disappoint. I took my partner with me and he said it was the first time that a concha was actually good to him because it served warmed and it feels more moist than most conchas. For breakfast we also enjoyed some smothered breakfast burritos which were super flavorful. I also love that they have different spice levels for the green chili which is much appreciated for our baby mouths. The mild has a small small spice so I don't think I would venture much past mild for myself. We got bacon burritos and they were both so flavorful. I really enjoyed it! Our server was really friendly too she took really good care of us. It is busy even during the week but I was surprised that it only took us about 10 minutes to get a seat. They have expanded since the last time that I went there so I think that's helped a lot with the wait times. It's definitely a louder restaurant with lots of groups gathering and chatting. It's such a fun part of the community and I can't wait to go back!

I just feel played! I rarely go out in a large party so I am not really aware of the gratuity rules at these restaurants. I have heard of it but never had to worry as it usually party of 2 for me. This visit we decided to take the family out for breakfast and in my opinion was blind sided by a 20% gratuity. No where on the menu is this listed. I feel this should be posted in CLEAR VIEW so we have the option to decide if we want to pay that 20% gratuity or not. What if I did not have the $32 for the gratuity? What would they do call the police on me? Im just saying! This is bad business in my opinion. For 20% gratuity do you all think my cheese should be melted and my plate should be hot right? This shit was Luke warm at best! If we charging 20% and blind siding people this shit better come out five star and the service better be on point. We paid a waitress 20% who struggled to serve our table. We had to ask her many times for things, food came out, had to request utensils 3 times! Oh did I mention I asked for lemon in my water, she said we do not have lemon and we charge for lime? Huh? Lemon and lime should be FREE. THE 20% GRATUITY SHOULD COVER THEM CHEAP ASS LIMES! I have a lot more to say but let's force these restaurants to "disclose" the 20% gratuity, not force it on you without you knowing! They expect you to automatically know and some of us never really go out in larger parties. I prefer to have the option to go somewhere else if I choose.

    Breakfast

Incredibly underrated breakfast place. The portions are huge so beware. This place is better than most traditional breakfast places...

We went on a Sunday at noon, the wait was an hour. The place is small inside, very loud and quick paced. I didn't mind that but a few people in our party were sensitive to it. We ordered the cocoa and large concha. Both are so so so good! Best we have had. The pastry was not dry or hard, the cocoa was creamy and sweet with a hint of cinnamon. We had 5 people and left with have the bread and 4 large soup containers of cocoa! Our service was quick and efficient. Great place to take out of towners.
