I explained that to another employee and asked if I could pay for a different Blizzard but have it made like the Mudslide. She looked over at the same blonde girl and then told me no -- saying "our manager will get really mad at us." Still trying to be reasonable, I asked if they could just make something close to the Mudslide. To top it off, when I asked the second employee for the name of the girl who had been so rude to us, she told me they're not allowed to give out names. No accountability, no ownership, just a complete lack of care for the way customers are treated. This was such an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and the willingness to help a customer -- especially when we're being respectful and just trying to order something for the children. I really hope management takes this seriously. This staff needs retraining on both customer service and professionalism. I would recommend going to a different location.

Please know who you're patronizing. They hired a 15-year old girl to work there. After she worked at this shop for 20 hours they told her to wear tighter shorts and red lipstick. Because of the inappropriateness of the request she no longer works there and they will not pay her for her 20 hours. This is supposed to be an inviting place for families? read more

But they also serve other flavors like tamarind, lime, lemon, and guava. And they add a tamarind chili straw with it. The small is enough for one person, maybe two. I LOVE guava and I'm glad they have it. I just wish that they didn't include the seeds. Addicting snack. They also serve a bunch of different paletas (ice cream bars), juice, awesome ice cream flavors, and fresh fruit you can cover in all the chili you want.
