She looked over at the same blonde girl and then told me no -- saying "our manager will get really mad at us." Still trying to be reasonable, I asked if they could just make something close to the Mudslide. To top it off, when I asked the second employee for the name of the girl who had been so rude to us, she told me they're not allowed to give out names. No accountability, no ownership, just a complete lack of care for the way customers are treated. This was such an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and the willingness to help a customer -- especially when we're being respectful and just trying to order something for the children. I really hope management takes this seriously. This staff needs retraining on both customer service and professionalism. I would recommend going to a different location.

The name of the place threw us both off because we thought it was a Latino owned burger joint with a Mexican twist but that wasn't the case at all.

I used to really like their food but the last couple of visits have been disappointing. Even during busy times the burgers never seem hot and the patties are quite overcooked, dry and lacking flavor. We'll have to find a new location to visit. Not really worth the price they're asking for the quality delivered. Sorry Culvers. read more

Awful hospitality and awful food. My cheese curds where cold and tasted like they had frost bite. My burger was beyond greasy I couldn't even eat it. If you complain to the female manager she just stands there and looks at you as if your speaking a foreign language and does nothing to help your problem. I will NEVER go back. read more
