He has a great method for giving the local numbing injection (one of my biggest fears when having any dental procedures). Dr. Wong is knowledgeable, meticulous, thorough, professional, and personable. I have seen many dentists in my lifetime and I can honesty say Dr. Wong is one of the best..... Great Dentist! Kristen R. (R.D.H) is my Dental Hygienist. I look forward to seeing her and appreciate all of the detailed hard-work and effort she puts-in to ensure my teeth remain healthy. Kristen makes my semi-annual cleaning a breeze. She is an excellent R.D.H. The front office staff, Paulla, Jessica, and Sandy, are helpful with appointments and insurance information. Very easy to work with and a friendly, calming vibe when you enter the office. I think many of us have had our bad experiences at a dental office, causing us to not even like going to a dentist. However, I do want to speak to the service we received form the person who gave us the estimate for the braces (we'll call her "Patty" even though I know that is not her name). After, not only calling and asking whether braces were covered under my insurance prior to our visit, I also gave "Patty" my children's father's insurance information. She let me know that they would be using my insurance because I was born before their father and who knows what else. I was fine with it. Patty showed me the write up of the estimate and even though insurance was supposedly added to the calculation, the monthly payment seemed too high. We had previously been to a couple of other orthodontists offices prior to having insurance coverage and the amount total price for braces given to us by "Patty" was pretty much the same. I just did not understand how that was the case. I even asked "Patty" if that included whatever the insurance covered and she said YES! I think because I agreed to having the boys get their braces while we were sitting there, she thought I was just going to sign up without questioning her about the insurance again. Something didn't feel right, so I told her I would be shopping around because I knew I could get a better deal elsewhere. We walked out of the office thinking I would just call other offices to get more quotes. When we got home, I looked over the estimates that she had given me and lo and behold, she DID NOT include the insurance coverage. Also, I went on my insurance's website and the office does not show up which means that my insurance does not cover. I would have hoped that when I called, the receptionist would have let me know that they did not accept my insurance. And even if she didn't, and we had gone through with this appointment, I would have hoped that "Patty" would have been honest and told us that the receptionist made a mistake and that my insurance didn't cover but that the total cash amount was xxxxx. Not only am I not taking my children there because they do not take insurance. Even if they did take my insurance, that place seems super shady. I'm sure this gal works off commission or something but deceiving people isn't good for business in the long run. I'm not advising not to go to this office but I would advise to make sure you read everything before you sign it because you obviously cannot trust this lady.

I do a pretty good job with my teeth, but she's proactive, thoughtful, and has plenty of good tips. Her husband Ray runs the office; he's always considerate and friendly. This is a family business and they treat you like family. Her staff Joslyn and Stephanie are both really great. My teeth and gums have never felt better! Which is not why I am writing this review because the first appointment was quick and straight forward. My concern is the 2 appointments that followed. My first appointment was at 5pm, checked in on time, sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes. I was brought back and the assistant begin the initial steps to my procedure and finished within 10 minutes. I waited in the chair for another 45 minutes and had to check in with reception if I should come back or what was going on. About 15 minutes after, the dentist came in and finished my procedure in 30 minutes. I walked out of there around 7:15pm. My follow up appointment was at 5pm and I checked in on time. Again, I was taken in at 15 minutes, an x ray was done and I sat in the chair for 50 minutes before someone came to let me know the assistant is busy. Never got a call back. I called again for for appointment, this time I was able to schedule an appointment but was told to call back with insurance information. I gathered my information as I am double insured. Called back and spent a considerable amount of time getting providing my insurance info so I can be cleared for my appointment. I show up for my appointment only for the check in person to tell there is no insurance information attached to my file. What a waste of time. I left and will look for an office with competent employees. They may have good dentists but you have to get past incompetent reception first.
