They sell the meats by the pound, as tacos, or as my favorite, a combination plate with the choice of two sides and two meats with tortillas. My go to order is usually rice and beans plus barbacoa and pastor, but I often times mix it up with the other various options, many of which I can't name. The ladies scooping the food are nice and will help you. Don't forget to ask for extra goodies like red and green salsa plus cilantro, onion, and limes to make your own tacos since the plate comes with tortillas. For $10.99 I consider this an excellent deal on some authentic Mexican food. The food comes packaged to go, but many stay and eat in store at one of the many available tables laid out. That's right, and this chicken is so delicious. The rice and beans are really good, charro beans to be exact. They also have a little buffet where they will serve you different entrées. It was well spiced but not spicy and just so great on a cold day. The barbacoa quesadilla was also so good, probably the best barbacoa I've had in Houston so far. It was super flavorful and rich but not greasy and didn't leave my mouth coated with fat (not that I'm always against that).
