The other nail artists had appointments back to back with loyal clients and I feel like that's a great sign. Then a 3rd woman came in for a pedicure and a staff member came from the back on her cell phone speaker mode talking to a man and children the entire pedicure. The pedicure was ok but ruined by the lack of personal communication. Next was my full set and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Short, active style and no point to the nail. She started to file them into a point and they were long. I had to stop her and tell her they were too long and I didn't want a point. Another woman came in for nails and then both staff members talked the entire time they were working on our nails. Completely unprofessional. My nails were ok when finished but the worst $120 experience at a nail salon. Never again.

I was originally told by my tech that no debit or credit cards were accepted. Only Venmo and Cash. This was a misunderstanding. Cards are accepted for services only. Tips must be cash or venmo. So, if you go, be aware of this rule.
