Ann, bought this business 2 years ago, so there are some awful reviews before she purchased it. I will tell you that this mail salon is clean, pretty ( cushy fuschia chairs and accents) and Ann herself prides herself in pleasing the customer. I was able to schedule an appointment with her, and found her to be extremely friendly and professional. After some discussion about shape, color, and the usual nail talk, she went to work. I forgot to take some pics of my nails right after, and these photos are from 11 days later so show nail growth. No chipping, cracking, not discoloration. The latter is particularly important to me as I swim several times a week and highly chlorinated pools can affect nail color. Since this is a small business, it's best to call and make an appointment rather than walking in and not being accommodated due to other appointments. Closed Mondays.

The location is conveniently accessible with parking and traffic lights to enter and exit. The staff, including the owner, were friendly. My daughter and I visited with a gift card for a pedicure and a manicure. Everything went well with a small hiccup at payment time. I was originally told by my tech that no debit or credit cards were accepted. Only Venmo and Cash. This was a misunderstanding. Cards are accepted for services only. Tips must be cash or venmo. So, if you go, be aware of this rule.
