Im putting 1 star because i can't go lower than that. The nail lady who did my nails was in such a rush and made me feel as if Im getting it done for free. Horrible! i got acrylic done which was originally 35 dollar. which i agreed to then she didn't even cut my original nails properly and when i told her to cut my excess skin she told me $7 extra then i agreed to that too later on she did such a horrible job i was just ready to leave and when i tried to pay the $42 bucks which was my total they charged me $63. The bald dude in the front is a scammer and knows nothing about customer service and he argues with you when you try to tell him anything. FUCK THIS PLACE. read more

Tony did my nails everyone at the nail salon loved his work even the customers. My sister loves them she wishes he could've done hers. My mother loves them. My boyfriend wants to book him for now on to do my nails. Tony was so patient everything done by hand with precision. Took his time no rush. If he messed up he started over again. If I could give zero stars I would, I went in asking for a fill, French tip and the lady clearly wasn't understanding me from the beginning. I also broke one nail needing a new one, and the woman charged me FIFTY dollars for a FILL. And one nail was so crooked, didn't do what I asked for at all and didn't want to fix my nail as well. I am so unhappy about their service. Came here to get a gel manicure and I picked my colors and they sat me down quickly, which is always a plus. Then the lady started working on my nails/turn around every so often to watch the world cup while I sit here waiting for her to decide she was ready to get back to work. STRIKE ONE. Then she started painting my nails and I noticed a "bald" spot on my glitter accent nail so I asked her to fill it and she said "noooo no no only outside". Um what? I asked again and she refused and started mumbling. STRIKE TWO. Then she manages to constantly trap lint on my nail while painting it. Ok whatever, it happens. But damn! I paid and left the salon, then i found out she had gel polish on my skin and the skin surrounding the nail. STRIKE THREE. ARE YOU KIDDING???? We moved to the area on 2010 and needs to find a good nail salon. At first im skeptical coming here since its at the mall, im afraid itll be expensive with bad nail job but turn out Ann always exceeded my expectation. Not only shes really clean and never take shortcut but she always make me feel comfortable by speaking English or translating what others talked about around us. $35 for gel mani, not bad but shes not as good for design which is come second for me. I do not recommend this place. Nails do not last. They fall off after only one week. Went back to get them redone and had to pay full amount again. They don't consider their mistakes. if i could put 0 stars i would. i cried in my car after paying 40$ for an hour and a half of being cut/burnt by a drill. older man with glasses did my nails. i literally don't understand HOW he is a licensed technician. i asked for a full set, long coffin shape, with gel. everything that could have possibly went wrong, went wrong. my nails were lumpy as hell and he didn't realize until AFTER he had done and cured a layer of gel, making him stop half way through my right hand and went back to my LEFT hand and drilled off the polish, reshaped them, hurt me with the drill, and then started polish over. went back to my RIGHT hand and he started filing them AGAIN. not realizing he had only gel polish on there, no cured top coat. filing them and totally destroying the polish on a few nails. making him go back over then with acetone, the drill, and repolishing the right hand. at this point i'm anxious from the drill hurting me and already holding back tears. he went back to the drill EVERY time he noticed something wrong with my nails and drilled my skin to get the extra acrylic off. when he reached for the drill again i said "no more drill, my fingers hurt" my voice cracking from holding back tears. i didn't want to cause a scene so i bit my tongue and just told him it's fine i just want to be done already. every single nail tech that was working around him came to look at my nails, were talking to him about my nails, im guessing they were asking what the fuck happened to them. the women getting their nails done to my left and right were staring at my nails the whole time. everyone in the salon saw and knew how bad it was, it was embarrassing. i could tell he was frustrated because he knew they were shit, but he was never rude and he tried to fix them. i just got tired of it and needed to leave before i cried in public i'm not a confrontational person so i just wanted to pay and leave. i composed myself in the restroom, walked to the front and said "how much" the bald guy told me 40$. i gave them 40$ and walked out. went to my car and cried. came home and started reshaping them myself. i hate them, but i'm going to try to fix them because i don't want to COMPLETELY waste 40$. read more

Took my daughter in for a manicure and the lady was done in 3 minutes. No water, no filing, no lotion...nothing. I understand that for safety reasons they won't clean the cuticle but come on. Granted she only charged my $5 but even then...looks like she cut her nails with her teeth‍. I've been coming here for 20 years so I expected better. Unfortunately for my daughter the lady just didn't feel like working that day. My poor daughter was so disappointed she literally teared up. I went to the nail salon and paid $100 for gel nails and a pedicure and a week and a half later my nails are popping off like they are press-on nails. I have never had acrylic gel nails pop off in this manner this should never happen especially after paying $100 I did get there 20 minutes before closing but they still accepted me as a walk in but they rushed the service and I knew it was not going to be up to par walking out of there instead of rushing that way they should have just said to come back tomorrow or or that they were closing soon I had no idea that because I walked in there at the time I did my service was going to be shity I'm glued on nails that I bought at CVS and they lasted longer than these nails I would not recommend this place at all sorry just my opinion you don't have to agree. read more

Beware!! Infection, infection, infection. I came in on 8/18 for a full set and a pedicure -- this review will focus on how horrendous my pedicure turned out to be. The woman doing my pedicure was quite rough, I frequently pulled back as she dug and cut far too deeply around the edges of my nails. I really don't like to make a big deal of things and especially go as far as to write a review detailing how bad my experience was. However this turned out to be horrendous!! That same night I began to feel soreness on my right big toe, and sure enough over the last 5 days I've been managing an inevitable infection on the site where far too much skin around the nail was removed. Walking and even wearing closed toed shoes has been incredibly painful. I've had to see my doctor to obtain antibiotics and try to maintain the site as clean as possible. So I would advise to probably seek your pedicure somewhere else.... read more

I don't even think they clean the tubs where you put your feet in. Not once did I see a lady come clean it after someone used it. They had to redo my toes twice because the First Lady messed up. Honestly I don't understand how this place is always so busy. For starters the have a limited amount of gel colors. And even with the colors they have they could not apply it properly. I paid $25 for a gel manicure and walked out beyond disappointed. The clear gel polish wasn't applied properly causing me to have obvious bare spots. It wasnt just on one finger, it was on both my hands! Not to mention within 24 hrs the gel had chipped. I prefer to pay at another location to get another manicure rather than go back to this location. I stopped by yesterday to fix one broken nail since I had some time to kill. I wish I'd just kept my broken nail, because it looks better than the horrible job they did. I got my nail fixed by an older lady w/ glasses sitting in the first chair from the left, closest to the entrance. I understand that fixing ONE nail may be annoying or waste of a turn since you can't make much tip off of it... But I really wish if it was such a burden, she would've passed me along to someone that would actually to a decent job. When she was taking off the remainder of my fake nail, she used a tip and stabbed it under my nail on accident. Ouch. She then proceeded to use clippers to cut the edge, but ended up leaving a deep gash on the side of my finger. She also left a huge chunk of acrylic under my nail, which she couldn't file down because I was bleeding from the fat cut she gave me. She ALSO failed to mention she didn't have any STRAIGHT tips like the rest of my nails, giving me ONE THICK, CLAW-LIKE NAIL while the rest of my nails are STRAIGHT and THIN. I came here for years for Lynn, but unfortunately she was off yesterday. Every time I come here and get serviced by someone other than Lynn, I end up extremely disappointed. I've NEVER complained to a nail lady no matter how many times people have messed up my nails, but I could NOT let my last visit slide. I returned and demanded a refund. Never again! read more
