I'm originally from this area and was home for the holidays and needed my pedicure done. For a pedicure with callous removal it's $30 for the most basic package. The nail tech continuously lectured me on my toes saying I should come more often to prevent my nails from turning yellow?! This was after I said I broke my big toe nail and was waiting for it to grow back before coming in. What really disgusted me was actually what happened when my callous was removed. It was all dumped into the water bowl where my feet should've remained "clean." I took my feet out immediately only to have my feet put back in to get rinsed off and with massaged. This really wasn't giving a salon service. I still added a tip, and was a good sport about this, but this was definitely not worth it. I was also rushed out quickly instead of waiting for my feet to dry. My sandals were put on right away instead of waiting to ensure all nails were dry. I have pros and cons. This was my first time here, I got a gel overlay fill and the lady was very helpful and kind. However, some of the reviews confirm that this place is not that clean. After she worked on someone, she asked me to sit down and nothing was cleaned, neither were hands washed or gloves. She was doing a great job on my nails until it starts to get busy and I can tell she was rushing and I had a French chip done. The French tip is uneven and off. $55 was the total which was as bad compared to what I've had done before. But at the same time you get what you pay for. :/ read more

I like how hectic and chaotic nail salons are cause it makes me feel at home. All jokes aside, I had a really good experience here besides losing one of my AirPods. That was on me though. I felt like they took really good care of my nails. I normally have really dry cuticles, but they handled it very well. There was just so much cuticle too. As for my nails, I loved that they were so even. I've been to a few places where they really don't wait for the gel to set in and then there are bubbles in my nails. Service was good. I came in today for a nail service, and when I went to the sink to wash my hands, I caught the technician who worked on me (her name is Loan) washing callus removal tools right in that same sink. Updating my review but keeping my 5 stars :) I usually get regular gel manicures with LanChi or Savannah. What I like most here is their customer service. They really pay attention even when it's so busy. I love their prices and how clean the place is. One of the girls who did my manicure accidentally dropped the nail filer... so what she did was bring out a brand new one to use on me. I definitely appreciated that! Parking: It can be a hit or miss depending on the day to find parking so try and get their a little early. Appointments: i highly recommend making an appointment even if you don't have someone in particular that you go to. Tip: Once you are done with your service, make your next appointment right after as it can be quite busy, and it helps out the ladies to book in advance. When I entered the woman at the front was friendly and it seemed like she had a good relationship with some of the customers which was nice. But when it comes to actual service. The pedicure went well my toes are cute. However the manicure not so well. The woman doing my manicure was aggressive and irritated which again I get because probably busy but that didn't mean she had to file my nails aggressively enough to cut me and for her to have a quick smart response when I asked questions about nail smoothness and quality. I went yesterday for an appointment with my friend. This is her salon, not mine. I kept telling my technician to shorten my nails, and she would take a small lil amount off but not what I requested. After the 5th request I stopped asking and figured I could just do it at home. I showed her a design and specifically stated many times what I would like and what I didn't like, she of course didnt listen. After much debate, I figured I would call today and have the fix for the service I paid for. They refused. The girl who answered the phone said "Well your girl isnt here today" .... what girl? I never stated my name nor my appointment time yesterday, so how do you know who I am or my tech? Even with caller id, the appointment yesterday was in my friends name. I explain I had a full set done and need them shortened, the girl says come again 6:30pm I can't help we're busy. I said, you're too busy to fix a service you provided but if I call and say I want a full set you'll take me, hows that work. "We're busy sorry" So now I embarrassingly go to MY salon to now pay ANOTHER SERVICE for an issue THIS SALON wont fix. I dont understand all the good reviews, considering they overcharge for everything and are always rushed and straight up do not care about your wants or needs. read more

UPDATE... It's been over year since I've been coming to Top Service Nails. Still so very pleased with the service. Normally Natalie does my gel manicure and Sheila does my regular pedicure with callus scrub. This time I knew Natalie would be on vacation and I couldn't find the time to schedule around it, so I needed to go with another technician at the salon. I had seen Rachel was highly recommended - so I went with Rachel for my gel manicure and Sheila for my usual pedicure. Absolutely loved the service Rachel provided. She took her time, filed the nails to a beautiful shape, and everything looked lovely. I can see why she had been recommended. I will stay with Natalie and Sheila going forward (they are both fabulous), but wouldn't hesitate to have my appointment with Rachel if Natalie wasn't available. I've been to this nails salon twice already, once in late July and yesterday. Both times in the after noon and both times was I disappointed by the duration of my visits. They have an inside joke where they ask you, "you have all day?" And they aren't kidding. The amount of time I spend waiting for service MID APPOINTMENT is crazy and not worth the results. I don't even know who to tip ??? I feel bad for the workers who are moved around working between multiple customers and not receiving their tips(which would probably be a dollar considering they dip every 5-10 minutes) They pile too many appointments, they don't know how to do nails, they don't know how to do line work, and my nails come out bumpy. read more

I have been getting Gel X extensions for about 2 years and this is the first time getting Gel X at this salon. I am very picky with my gel x as I like it to have short almond nails, so I do not like to have a lot of glue between the extension an my nail. Upon starting my nails I noticed that the tech was putting glue on my nail and the extension. I told her that I do not like a lot of glue. She continued to add the same amount. Usually the places I go to only put glue on the extension. And even after I told her not too much glue she continued to add glue to both my nail and extension. This amount of glue changes the shape of how my nails look and when there is too much the nails flare out. Gel X requires a different type of application for long and short nails. Due to nails being short you can see how thick the glue is and the space in between the nail bed and extension. I have come to this place before and they do beautiful acrylic but they need to learn how to do short Gel X. I will not be coming back for Gel X read more
