I've never had a Sicilian pizza, so this was such a pleasant surprise. We put our slices in the oven at 375ºF for 8 minutes, and they came out perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. The cheese was plentiful and perfect. We can't wait to try their thin crust! Ciro's may just be our new "go to".
