Surprisingly good pizza. This unknown hole in the wall really is a winner. They had a variety of pizza types and toppings. The pepperoni and sausage slice ($4) was flavorful, oily but not too oily, thin but not too thin, crisp, and flavorful. The consistency was just right. The toppings were also flavorful. You know, this place keeps me alive and I never reviewed them. All around, its the best food in the area. I've eaten the food at Marinos at least 100 times. I am so lucky to have a great Pizza Restaurant 5 minutes from my house. Everything I've ever ordered from them was excellent. Their gourmet Pizza is very creative. The Cannoli is perfect. The Chicken Francese and Marsala are top notch. The Vodka sauce and Bolognese are better than what I make at home. The service is EXCELLENT. The adorable Spanish girl behind the counter, (I should know her name but I never asked), is my favorite. Even the Tuna sandwich is outstanding! Come on, stop the BS. Came here for a private family get-together. I am a big eater, but I was overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of the food. A cold meat and cheese plate (several for our table for 24!) followed some of the best bread I've had in a long time. 2 types of Calamari, grilled vegetable skewers, penne vodka w spinach and prosciutto (outstanding!), a very interesting and tasty couscous side, grilled chicken leg pieces, salmon fillets in a delicious sauce, escarole & beans--all top notch, and plenty of it! Then, they brought out plates of Italian pastry---cannoli, cookies, biscotti----and offered up espresso with it. The group was VERY Italian, including a couple of former deli owners, and all had high praise for the food and service. And our paying hosts were very pleased with how reasonable the tab was! One thing that is consistent about Marino's... They always disappoint! Their pizza is not good. Soft, mussy crust, pastie sauce. Their dinners are decent at best. I live just a few minutes away so location is convenient. A few weeks ago I order a chicken cutlet sandwich. It was sopping with grease. When the original owners left we were devastated. Santa made the best marinara in town. The first time we ate under the new owners we vowed never to come back. The food was terrible. They MUST have changed hands because the food was SO good the next time I ordered. About 3 months ago I went back in for a quick slice and was amazed at how good my pizza was! They make a thin crust mesculin salad pizza with cranberrys, goat cheese, pine nuts and dressing. It's the best salad pizza I've ever had. First of all we asked for crispy pizza it wasn't crispy Second there was a black piece of burnt whatever on the back of one of the slices I guess the oven wasn't scraped?? The wings were mediocre I thought the hot sauce would be mixed in but was on the side.I could have bought wings from Shop-rite and stuck them in the oven myself. My first time here since their move to the new location. I was very disappointed w the chicken parm sub. The breaded chicken was thin and the flesh was dark, which appeared to be odd to to me. Our favorite at Marinos is the Grandma Pie! The service is friendly & quick. It's one of our regular go tos for pizza.

I recommend the tuna and the wings. I love this little spot they are so friendly and the prices and food is great.
