We ordered a small pizza a breadsticks. They had a different a dress on file. We corrected them with the correct a dress the driver went to the wrong house twice. When we called to complain. As I continued to say that we love the pizza but I myself am physically disabled and am diabetic and my blood sugar is falling quickly and gave been waiting close to 2 hours now. And was just calling to see if we could have some discount or even a coupon for $5 off next order. The man who answered was extremely rude and severely hurt my feelings bc he did not care at all that not just myself but also my cousin are disabled. Threatened to just cancel my order. Such terrible delivery service to our workplace. A bunch of people decided to order food for dinner one evening at work. Mind you we called 2 hours early at 4pm and told them we needed our food at 6pm because thats when our lunch break would be.. Come 6pm no phone call to tell us they would be late or nobody was there to deliver our order. Needless to say they got to keep their food because our break was over! Such an unprofessional business and we were disatisfied customers. Especially when you call 2 hours in advance to have the food ready and delivered on time. The gyros were real. The sauce wasn't. The salad was supposed to be large, but they instead put it in the container upside down so I just got a few pieces of lettuce. I've gotten bigger for cheaper at Wendy's...Their English is poor and they couldn't understand the name Larry. IF I ever go back...it won't be delivery, and I'll watch them like a hawk! Forget about it! Wasn't a bad pizza shop when they first opened a couple years ago but has become a dive as of late. Rude management, mediocre food, orders filled wrong, and filthy. The first few times ordered everything was great. Loved the gryos pizza and wedgies. The last two times we placed an order it was messed up. The first tine they forgot our pizza, which was delivered quickly. This time we ordered the gryos; hogies; and wedgies. The gyros were very chunkie dried out meat. Gross! First I ordered online many many times. The food is always within 45 min and that is what the online order said it would be delivered. I called 30 minutes after the time posted for delivery and they said it was on the way. Well 15 minutes later the delivery guy called me and said my food was here to come outside. Um ok so he wanted me to walk down to him to get my food from him. I called la Nova back and told them I was not at all happy that it took 45 minutes more past my expected delivery time specially on a Tuesday. Wow! I just had their gyro delivered for lunch. The meat was cooked on a rotisserie, each slice nicely browned. Red onions, nice tomatoes, and a lovely toasted, chewy pita. I love that it was delivered with the tzatziki in it's own little container in the bag. (With that, the tzatziki was a little plain for my tastes) The whole thing was delivered in foil, not greasy but reasonably juicy. (Jeez Louise, guys! It's a gyro. Whaddya want?) Call them back 511 and was told the order was just leaving and would be 15-20 mins.....so the order that should have been here in 45 mins took almost an hr and half....and there is nothing they can do about it really? The gyros are awesome, and they're generous with the gyro meat, which makes me very happy! The only other thing I've had is the cheese pizza and it's excellent as well. Crust isn't too thick or thin, sauce is good and there's plenty of cheese. Delivery usually takes less than the 45 minutes they say and the food is still hot when it gets here. read more

Also purchased a gift certificate online, on 9/30. Visited on 10/8 and was told that they no longer accept them. No explanation, we walked out. It was noisy and hot anyhow. It smelled great though, but our purpose for the discount was to try the place. There's nothing worse than paying full price and not enjoying the food when unfamiliar with a place. read more

The pizza was OK nothing to write home about. It was really expensive in fact I got a large hoagie and a large pizza and it came to 32 dollars. I had to pay this after the guy that answered the phone whom I guess I was bothering at the moment because he got a serious attitude. Have ordered numerous times because it was convenient and close. Have never found it to be any exceptional quality. However, tonight I ordered the mediterrean tuna salad. The salad was lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. There were no artichokes or red pepper. The primary reason for ordering the salad!! When calling to complain, the manager was rude and surly. We purchased a gift certificate online for this establishment. We drove from Pittsburgh with our two children for dinner. The gift certificate was $25.00 off a $35.00 order with no expiration date. We entered and were told to have a seat and come to the counter when we were ready to order. Went up and presented the certificate and was told in a very rude manner that they stopped accepting those. OK, you allowed it to be sold but will not accept it? The clerk went to the back to speak to the manager. She came back and advised us that the restaurant has two owners, one wanted to accept the certificates and the other did not. They accepted it but told us they would not accept them anymore. Placed the order and the food was plentiful and good.
