Placed a delivery order online and it was 30 minutes past the delivery time. Called and was put on hold. Called back and was told order was on the way. After 15 minutes and no order, I called back. Then was told to call back in an hour. Insisted to talk to the manager. She finally got on the phone. Said she would call the driver and then call me back. Waited about 15 minutes and I called back. So close and yet my whole life never gave them a try. So we have tried them and it was so good we came back 3 times in a month and a half. The food is fresh and the portions are hearty. Things are priced a little higher for pizza and the like around here but so far they have shown it to be worth while every time. They are usually busy as all get out with the phones ringing off the hook which tell you a lot! The food is excellent and everything is fresh. Their fries are correctly termed The Potato Patch because they are fresh cut and delicious. I highly recommend trying the 3lb ultimate fry and or the 2lb ultimate fry if 3 is too much for you. It's monstrous and every bite is scrumptious. Get yourself some sour cream or ranch and you'll be set. The pizza is fresh and light and usually kind of thin which we love and all thin and yet some fluffier pieces and fluffy crusts which make the best combo. Delivery can be kind of long but I think they are so busy it comes with the territory then because of it. I would take the delivery window they give you and add 10-15 minutes to it but every time the driver is super apologetic. The only reason why I'm giving a two start instead of a one is because the food is actually really good but the customer service is awful. My wife and I are new to the area and figured we give tnt a try. After I got home from picking up my food I realized my order was wrong. After I tried calling 5 times that evening, I eventually got a hold of someone the next day who said they would credit our account. We decided to give them another try and to my dismay re never received any credit to our account and once again our food was wrong. We order takeout from here so often. Their food is consistent and good. It's a hometown pizza place so we try to visit them when we can. With that said, the online ordering is spotty and clunky. Wait times are bad there right now. They are understaffed. Everyone is, so we've definitely tempered our expectations. Delivery times are long. If you're able it is usually better to pick up your food. Everyone here is friendly and you can tell they're doing their best while needing more staff. I like it here and I'm happy they're close by. Had a smorgasboard of items since we ordered lots of stuff to stuff our faces. The Dynamo hoagie is steak and cheese with lots of fixings was dynamite! After looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday night and not having any luck we ran into TNT dynamite Pizza. The parking lot was pretty busy so we figured it must be good. We put our order in and was told it would be 30 minutes. However, after about 20 minutes our food was ready! We tried the pepperoni pizza and the Buffalo chicken rolls. They were both very good! I think that I will get the pizza with extra cheese next time but that is only because I like my pizza really cheesy. The crust was very good but was thin crust. I love thin crust but just wanted to share that in the review. The sauce was good too and there was just the right amount. The buffalo chicken rolls were good as well and come with ranch dressing. They were had just the right amount of heat kick to them do that you could enjoy the buffalo flavor. Will definitely go there again. This place is so hit or miss that I'm not even sure how to give a proper review. But I shall try! When we first moved the the area, a friend raves about TNT. We ordered a normal mix of hoagie, pizza, fries. It was pretty good but nothing extreme. We tried the gyro pizza and fell in looove. It was perfectly delicious and we couldn't wait to have it again. Until we had it again. The second time we ordered the gyro pizza, it was nothing like the first. It was absolutely terrible. We chalked it up to a bad night and figured we would give it a while before trying again. After ordering the same pizza and it being perfect all was forgiven. Until we ordered it again and a hoagie and they were both disgusting. I wanted to love this place- truly. But being that inconsistent isn't something I'm willing to waste my money on. read more

I stopped by here this past weekend with my girlfriend for dinner. We got there around 6 pm on a Saturday and walked right in and ordered the eye opener plain,an 18 inch pizza. We were told that it would be about a 20 minute wait which was fine by us especially since the delivery times started out at around an hour when we got there and were up to an hour and half by the time we left. It was a Saturday night though and so I was not surprised. The restaurant itself was small but clean and looked like an old diner with what seemed like an old food bar in the middle of it and a couple of tables against the windows where we chose to sit. Within the 20 minutes we were told our pizza had come out and it looked good, albeit fairly greasy. As I think can be done with all pizzas, this one can be divided into its three major components : crust, sauce and cheese. The crust on this pizza was pretty good, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside when it mattered and cooked nicely. Next is the sauce which seemed to be ok but I honestly could not taste much of. That was probably due to the fact that there seemed to not be much of it on there although I know there was enough on the pizza to cause the cheese to slide off the piece whenever it had cooled. Last up is the cheese which tasted nicely and of which there was a ton. All in all a satisfying pizza that I enjoyed. The bottom line for me is that I would head back in the future if I was in the area. We are good people and own a store here locally in Springdale The number one thing is customer satisfaction. When we ordered a pizza today we requested not to have the crust burned "It was even put on the receipt " So the pizza took a half hour as to be expected for lunch hours, when we got the pizza it was "burned" we called to let them know and to request the next pizza free. The owner offered another Pizza that would take another half hour We told her we wanted (THE BURNED because we are hungry just disappointed that it was burned even after we requested not to be. She sent the delivery driver back to get the Pizza... (WHO DOSE THAT????!) How is this place #1. Fast delivery as promised but I ordered a Sicilian pizza and the crust was just very bland and had absolutely no flavor. My wife stated that it tasted like cardboard, and I would have to agree. First I had the italian hoagie, it was good, I asked them to make it a little well done and it was perfect! A lot of meat and veggies, but not sloppy. Food was pretty good but management was rude and has no customer service skills. We ordered $90 in food from them and they messed the order up. That's fine but when we called to get the order corrected the manager blamed us in a derogatory manner. They then took 30 mins to deliver their mistake and then charged us for it. Then the replacement sub was made wrong and again the manager was rude. How did they fix this. They will put a note on our account for next time which means they did nothing. They just blew us off. I don't recommend eating there because they have rude uncaring management. read more
