Love this place. A new favorite in Tijuana ! Coming back at least once or twice while here.

    Shrimp Aguachiles.

Came in w/ my mother on a Saturday afternoon we ordered the mouthwatering chile verde tacos BEST absolute BEST shrimp tacos ever and the Cactus tortilla is sooo delicious. Also had the Diabla tacos those fall flat in comparison but still good tacos not very spicy and corn tortilla. El taco salsa verde es el mejor taco de Camaron y tiene tortilla de nopal! Ricisimo!! The shrimp Aguachiles ($179) do fresh and limey, we got mild and I have a high spice tolerance so I think I'll try the Hot next time. I was bummed they didn't include Avocado?? But you can get it on the side by the time we got our servers attention it was too late too order so maybe try adding an order of avocado to your Aguachiles. Very good and well prepared with sliced cucumber, mild spicy lime juice shrimp and red onion. There only seemed to be one server for dine in and he was great but seemed understaffed he was attending about 8 other tables and us? But he seemed to be hardworking and efficient. There's also a more casual sidewalk bar area which seems like a good spot to enjoy the tacos. Since it was a warm day we sat indoors it was cool and comfortable.

Shrimp tacos were so delicious !!!!!!! Im

Small spot but great food. Have to try the marea roja queso, it's a cheese wrapped shrimp burrito. Great prices!

I have no complaints! I went for lunch 2 days in a row and was not disappointed! The food i ate was fantastic! The food being cooked and prepared smelled delicious! Everything looked very clean. The staff was all friendly and understood enough English to accommodate!

    TRYING A NEW SPOT TODAY

My Husband and I decided to stop here since we were looking for a Mariscos place to eat at. The place looked cute from the outside so decided what the heck lets try it out. OMG!!! I tried their ensenada style fish and shrimp tacos and they hit the spot on my taste buds. I dont look for anything to crazy on my tacos and usually head for a mariscos truck because they always have the best taste. If you are looking for great fish tacos and a place to sit and relax I really recommend this spot.. they have good service and Amazing Tacos!!!

Either way looked fast paced got people in n out so shouldn't be a wait. A bit loud inside with TVs and music playing. The food was pretty good I liked the cooked camarones they had the best and the mescal drink. The churros were nice nothing to crazy on flavor but presentation wise if fun and attention seeking so plus plus if you usually order fajitas and like the eyes on you. The jicama taco is pretty interesting fresh and taste great not a usual thing but good.

The grilled lobster was delicioso. Luis our server--and all the employees were pleasant and informative. We will definitely come back. *** Note this restaurant serves A LOT of octopus. It can be very hard if you are an octopus lover like me. Be warned & tell your server up front NO octopus on anything please. They are very accommodating.

What sold us was the photo of the Octopus SARTENEADO, & yes it was tasty, soft, & slow cooked in a well seasoned bath of butter. The rice has a hint of saffron, and the vegetables were nicely roasted. The table salsa is excellent and the complementary chips are doused in a bright red savory chili powder. We also ordered the trio of aguachiles, prepared with 3 different chiles; one green, one red, & lastly a dark blackened chili. Our favorite was the black aguachiles. They have plenty of mixed drinks & beer to offer, we had the hibiscus drink with mezcal. Everything is a 5 out of 5, including customer service. Heads up it's a very busy restaurant and parking is valet only. If you happen to have children with you they also have a separate play area for the kiddos; which is great if you happen to have an energetic toddler that needs a temporary distraction. The ambiance overall is very nice. I did notice it's somewhat casual to formal dinning, and very well staffed. It''s a great restaurant & I highly reccomend it.

After a full day of serious self-care (doctor appointments, errands, and elite-level snack…read moreshopping), we arrived at El Puerto in Tijuana in the exact condition one should: hungry and slightly dramatic. First things first--the aguas frescas understood the assignment. Guava and cucumber were icy, fresh, and basically a reset button for the soul. My niece wanted something a little stronger - enter the fresa-kiwi mojito, which was refreshing enough to make her forget she had responsibilities earlier that day. The food? A seafood symposium: * My niece went with the filet al chipotle--tender, flavorful, and clearly the overachiever at the table. * My sister chose the tostada de pulpo, which was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and proof that octopus can, in fact, be a love language. * I handled a dozen oysters like a professional (and by professional, I mean zero regrets). * And my friend--who couldn't chew--casually asked if they could make breakfast... and they did. Enter: huevos rancheros, served without judgment and with full hospitality points. El Puerto is the kind of place where everyone gets exactly what they need--even if it's oysters, octopus, or breakfast at lunch. Great drinks, great food, and staff that actually listens. We came in tired, we left happy, hydrated, and slightly obsessed. Would absolutely return--preferably after more "self-care."
