I called four times -- every week over the last month -- three times I spoke with a live person,…read moreonce I left a message. Each time they took all my information including the reference number on my insurance referral letter and said a nurse would call the next day to schedule an appointment; the outgoing message where I left the voice mail also promised a return call by the next morning. Haven't heard one word from them. The window for my authorization is about to close, so I just asked for a referral to someone else. Putting the best face on it, I'll assume that they have so many satisfied patients that they're just to busy to fit in anyone else ... although it would've been nice if they had said so!

Don't waste your time making an appt. with Dr. Robb He's in…read morehis late 80's now & semi retired. Saw him years ago and all he did was give some samples of Cymbalta & Lyrica out of his cabinet. He's also not writing for any pain meds now unless you have been a patient of his for years. Also pushes epidurals for any back, shoulder or knee problems even knowing they fail most of the time. Most pain doctors push epidurals before writing for anything because it's their money maker. Also I understand they want your full medical history to review before they accept you as a patient (crazy rule) & you have to wait 2 weeks for him decide if he'll see you. Time for his office to close. Honest review.

This place is amazing. Dr. Kraft is genius. This laser therapy is definitely worth it. Dr. Kraft is…read morehilarious. He has a dry humor like Seinfeld. I always get a good laugh. Melissa Picquet is the Office Manager and she runs a tight ship. Because of her organization the office is neat and clean and they are always very accommodating with schedules. We are usually in and out. I would recommend this place. I would recommend the therapy, much better than an actual needle epidural. The laser epidural is ahead of its time and definitely well worth it. You can actually feel it working after each session.

At my initial appointment, I asked about the cost of treatment. The entire office seemed surprised by my question. The manager told me it "wouldn't come out of my pocket" because they wanted me to sign a lien against my accident settlement. They recommended 12 visits at $1,000 each and explained that I wouldn't notice any improvement in inflammation until after six treatments. This made me uncomfortable, as the costs were extremely high and the medical necessity was unclear. The whole experience felt more about securing payment than about patient care. When I left, the staff's expressions were telling -- almost as if they knew it was unusual. In my opinion, treatment referrals should come from a licensed physician who has evaluated your condition, not through an attorney. I ultimately decided not to proceed.

Dr.Root is always running late and will have me waiting either in the office or through tele-med. Aside from that, he's a nice person. Receptionists need to be more welcoming and friendly. I thought maybe the younger receptionist was having a bad day due to the way she was speaking to me in a patronizing manner when I asked about parking but then I came another time and she was just as rude.

I have had 15 surgeries in 12 years and have an aggressive autoimmune disease that requires pain management and injections and all manner of treatment options. The care and compassion are wonderful. If you live with chronic pain in the current climate, it can be impossible to get long-term help or get compassionate care. But Dr. Root will and can help. From spine shots and other options, they have an solution for almost every problem; this has been my experience. The office staff are helpful and wonderful -- they don't judge and do their best to understand and manage your needs. Also, they answer the phone; however, if they are busy and you leave a message, they WILL CALL YOU BACK -- a concept that is forgotten in many medical facilities. There are not enough kind words to explain how much they have helped me live a full and happy life beyond my condition. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Root and his magical team of marvelous and kind medical professionals (you know who you are :-)).
