I could never predict what his next move was, so it felt very tailored to me. Half of it was on my back and half was laying on my stomach. The price of this massage is a little expensive, especially after tip, but I was definitely in need of it. I definitely appreciate online appointment scheduling. That's one of the main reasons i chose this place. It's 2024, i don't want to have to call. I would be back, maybe. Would hope the price was a little less for a 45 minute massage.

Even with the soft music going on the walls are paper thin so you can hear the cars and when the next person came for their appointment I could hear them. During my most recent visit, the manager talked me into getting a manicure as well. I believed I was receiving a basic manicure and pedicure, so I was shocked when my bill came to $105 before tip. My previous visits had been around $65. I later realized that gel polish had been applied. I never specifically requested gel polish and generally avoid it because it has damaged my nails in the past. About three weeks later, I returned to have the gel removed and get a pedicure with regular polish. At that point, the owner told me they "never use regular nail polish." I found that very difficult to believe, especially since I had never requested gel polish and was never clearly informed that it was being used. As a disabled customer living on a fixed income, I need to know exactly what services I am receiving and what they will cost. Instead, I felt like services were added without being properly explained, resulting in a much higher bill than expected. When I tried to address my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than helped. What upset me most was the lack of transparency and communication. Customers should be clearly told when they are receiving upgraded services that cost significantly more. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend Party Nails to others.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. My sister scheduled my appointment months in advance, she lives in TN. Cristi used to frequent this salon, back when she lived in IL. I live in WI and honestly just thought my sister would end up doing my hair. She made appointments for us and requested the best person, to do my hair, for my special day. I rarely do anything with my hair. I didn't even have a picture to show, or anything special to suggest. I just told Maddie do whatever you think will look good. I really wanted to utilize my long hair somehow and put up the sides. I brought special rhinestone barrettes that she placed in the back of my hair. The salon was so wonderful they gifted me the best keychain with a ring attached to it, it's beautiful and will hold my car keys. I also loved how the music playing in the background. It was all wedding songs while I was getting my hair done. It brought such a smile to my face and was so thoughtful. My first dance at my wedding was even played, At Last by Etta James. That was pure coincidence since they didn't know that. We also had fake eyelashes put on too and that was absolutely something I will do again.
