The price was reasonable too: $29 for the haircut (it was $5 extra for the mullet, which is fair). There are toys, stuffed animals, and books for kiddos to play with while they wait. Our son loved the wooden puzzles! The murals on the walls were beautiful and there were special car chairs for the kids. They had tablets to distract the younger kids during their haircuts. Arissa is the best! I had been feeling pretty ugly for almost a year ​ because my bangs were so…read morescraggly. Nothing I did would make them seem less stringy and they kept separating in the wrong spots. The person who was cutting my hair just kept saying well you're getting older and sometimes hair changes texture. But Arissa said hey your bangs haven't been being cut properly. She cut them properly, and now just a day or two later, I get out of the shower and they're perfect without me even doing anything. I get finished swimming and just run my fingers through my hair because I forgot my brush and they look great! My hair is truly wash and go now and apparently age and hair texture had nothing to do with it! I only wish I lived there so I could have Arissa always cut my hair! You can even specify a hairstylist should you have a preference. Someone from the salon called to check in and ensure I had the best experience by asking a few basic questions about what I wanted for a cut. I was really impressed by the thoroughness in follow-up. When I got to the salon, check in was quick, the front desk kindly asked to hang up my coat, and there was no wait time (despite arriving slightly early for my appointment). You could also request a refreshment, and they have one of the most extensive coffee menus I've ever seen! The wash, cut, and styling were all done seamlessly, with my stylist periodically asking clarifying questions along the way. I paid at the door, and inquired when I should be back. Another staff member knowledgeably mentions about 6-8 weeks to maintain the shape of the cut. Everyone was so warm and kind. Not to mention, there's great parking in the front and in the alley.
