First time here and we ordered the extra large pepperoni . The crust was a little over cooked and they didn't cut the slices all the way through which made it a bit difficult pulling slices apart. Very good pizza, excellent crust, good selection of toppings, really good hot wings very tasty a little small by my standards but OK. I think the trick here is to call it in and pick it up because if you go in to order you'll end up waiting a very long time! And now with better beer! We have been going here for 20+ years and love their pizza. Until recently their beer selection was very limited. Went last night and were ecstatic to see that they have our all-time favorite beer in bottles now (Sierra Nevada Pale Ale). A Scottie's salad, combo pizza and Sierra Nevada is now our regular order. This is has to be the worse service EVER!!! My husband and I wanted to try something different tonight. We were seated within 5 mins wasn't as packed (due to race wars weekend), they got our drinks took our orders and we order small pizza, 4 piece broasted chicken & small order of wings, we saw people come in and get seated & about quite a few place take out orders and got their orders right away, our waitress didn't even come by our table til 1hour later and explained they hadn't even put in our order which ticked me off.. I was beyond upset we left and went to Sarpe and within minutes we were taken care of within 25 mins got our food, I will never come back again didn't even offer us discount DO NOT GO here!! read more

Best pizza in town to bad they can't get it right and put garlic butter all over the crust even if you don't want it the staff is awful very very rude and everything is dirty. I was afraid to complain and get another pizza the pizza makers looked like they would mess with your food. read more

4 of us ate here last night, and we ALL had TERRIBLE pizza! We're in Parker every October for the month and this place was tops on the list of favorites to eat at - but not last night! The crust as totally without flavor and tasted like cardboard, there was minimal sauce, and you had to search for the toppinG's. We complained to our server who just shrugged her shoulders. I am in town from Nebraska working at the quartzsite show. This place is easily the best place in town when it comes to there amazing pizza as well as wonderful service. The pizza is perfectly cooked and taste great. Great customer service from the employees make this one of my favorite spots to eat at while I have been traveling. Once again this place satisfied the calling for pizza. Pizza was great, but really it is the garlic cheese bread that steals the show. The marinara dipping sauce is the perfect companion. We were heading through Parker and we were hungry. The reviews did not make us super excited, but even bad pizza is usually good. Now, was it fantastic pizza....no. But, it was certainly good; especially when you are going through a small town. Definitely worth it if going through and hungry. The pizza is very cheesy. The fried zucchini and mushrooms were a good starter. Also, the service was fantastic. We had Brock. He was friendly, attentive, and the food came out quick. Make sure you look at the back of the menu for specials. Also, it is a dive so it's not super clean, but also not dirty either. I gave it a four because of its location, but out of all restaurants I would have given it a three. Also, we went when it was 115 outside and the air condition was perfect. read more

Went to this restaurant on a Thursday night. Incredibly slow. Our party of 4 order 3 chicken parmigiano and 1 ordered a calzone. After 45 minutes we received our salads which was nothing more than cheese and lettuce. After a total waiting time of an hour and a half we asked about our order which hadn't even began to be prepaired. No one had the Courtesy to tell us either. It's one of three places currently to get pizza in town. I paid 30.00 for one large two topping pizza and an order of breadsticks. The pizza looked above average, was light on sauce and cheese which gave it a real bread like taste. The breadsticks were above average. The staff was friendly and the phone in order was ready when they said it would be. A couple of adjustments and I would return for another try... I would try and get the price down, add sauce and cheese and I think they would do great.. It has a small town family friendly environment not a commercialized feel to it. read more

The lunch specials were bigger than your average lunch specials. I had a calzone and my husband had the pizza and I took some of my calzone home. The place was closing at 9:00. I called at 8:30 and told the girl that I wanted to call in an order ahead of time and that we were on our way (literally 10 minutes away). I told her that we would like to eat there. She said that we couldnt do that. We couldnt call in an order and eat it there. We had to pick it up and leave. I ordered my pizza over the phone anyway. Anybody who knows this place, knows that it take them FOREVER to make the pizza. I was thinking ahead and thought I'd save them time, instead of walking in at 8:40, sitting down, ordering pizza, and waiting 30 minutes for the pizza to be done...plus the time to eat it there. That would put us well after closing time. Im sure the employees would like to go home and not have to wait for me to eat. But NOOOO...when we arrived, the girl told us that we couldnt sit to eat....that this was their "policy." So, we sat in the front, waiting for our pizza. At 8:55, our order was ready. I talked to another employee who confirmed this policy. Now, I can sort of understand this if the place is hopping. There were literally 4 tables taken and around 10 tables vacant. Really? Me, my wife, and our two little kids couldnt sit to eat? I even spoke to the manager. I told him what i thought of the policy (which is not even posted anywhere in the restaurant). In this small town, businesses have a very difficult time thriving. Many have closed their doors. Good business sense would tell them that they really need to re-evaluate their "policy." Next time, I will glady walk in 5 minutes before closing to order my pizza, which takes 30 minutes to make. I will definitely have no consideration for the employees' time and will enjoy my hot pizza without any other thought. read more

We've been coming to La Piazza for a while now. Great pizza, and super cold beer. Their cheesy breadsticks are my favorite. If you eat in, be prepared for a little bit of a wait, but if you call in and order to pick up, it's always on time. Wings are great, with a nice kick. We thought this would be just another average pizza place from seeing the rating number. Now that we have eaten there we wondered why it has an average rating. We had the waitperson order for us. She brought us a garlic butter pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and can't remember what else. It was one of the best pizzas we have had in a long time with lots of flavor and a goodly amount of toppings. Our server was friendly and efficient. As for comments about taking a long time to get the food - it is a pizza place after all, not a fast food restaurant. Our pizza took only as long as a great pizza should!
