I saw all the reviews on this place so decided to try it! It was pouring down when we went! It wasn't very busy and it's a little hole in the wall! But the man who greeted us was very nice! I got a personal pepperoni and my husband got his favorite bacon and pineapple! We had a beer and ate there. It was very good we enjoyed it! I think they do more take out than anything! We will go back!

Flavor packed brick oven pizza that will easily satisfy your pizza craving! The Elote (corn) pizza was perfect in both its flavor and evenly crisp crust..exactly what I would expect from a brick oven pizza! This was the first elote style pizza I have eaten and I am already craving the next slice! The Deluxe was equally delicious but the crust was lacking in crispness. Online ordering was easy and pizza was ready when we arrived and service friendly. Pizza also traveled well as take out. Well done!

Salami pizza, supposed to be half sausage

Saw someone post on Nextdoor that this place was good. It is in a little strip mall near Gettysburg and Willow. I placed an order for a half salami, half sausage and basil pizza. I was told 20 minutes until ready. Pleasant service. Not busy at all when I picked up. Owner was chatty and nice. The inside had some tables and looked clean. Unfortunately, I didn't check my pizza before I left, and noticed halfway home that my order was wrong and I was given a plain salami pizza only. I didn't want to go back because my husband was hungry, but I am sure they would have remade it had I asked. I Unfortunately did not like the crust that much. I had higher hopes, as it's advertised as brick oven pizza. I prefer a softer, chewier crust. This was more dry and cracker like. I couldn't really taste the sauce; it had a heavy salty flavor. All in all, everyone has their own tastes when it comes to pizza, so if you live in the area near Gettysburg and Willow it might be worth a try.

The elote pizza was amazing. Dough was doughy but not too much with a little crunch and the mix of the cheeses, butter, chili powder sprinkle all mix together giving it an authentic Mexican Esquite taste. Definitely recommend and the owner makes the dough daily fresh! Cute little hidden gem in Fresno.

I went looking for a Chinese restaurant with good reviews, but they were closed due to maternity leave. Then I spotted this little pizza joint and decided to give them a try. Holy tacos, the food was amazing! The owner prepared a house salad right on the spot and made a freshly crafted personal-sized pizza. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

I bought the pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was the perfect crisp, came out hot and service was excellent! The owner treats guests with respect. The pepperonis were great and the dough is something to rave about. I will be coming back with my family!

Really good pizza. Has a really good crisp pit. Better than more than pizza.. This location seems to be slept on but is making some of the best tasting pizza in the area.

I ordered a double Pep, extra cheese. Damn good!

The damn pizza is awesome. The quality, the damn taste, and just the difference in how the pizza is done here versus other pizza spots. If you're looking for another place other than all the Big Name pizza places, This is the place to try. Just don't try them when I'm getting my order . To add, customer service here is awesome.

Clean and quick. Not the best I've had but works pretty well. We had gotten food for pickup, though I would say the guys out there are quite friendly. Ordering online we had added broccoli but that totally wasn't a thing. But they gave us a cookie, which was awesome. We had ordered a veggie pizza, garlic cheese bread, elote bread, and wings. The veggie pizza was pretty good. The crust had a good bite to it. The wings not so much. We had gotten another flavor but they definitely tasted like buffalo. Plus they were really chewy, not a great consistency. The winner here was the elote bread though. Hint of a elote with a bit of tang.

I ordered the **BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger**, and while the presentation wasn't the most impressive, it does come with an onion ring, which is a nice touch. It's not my favorite burger on the menu, but it's still very good. I'd give it an **8/10**. The **Monster Burger** is where it's at, though! This is easily a **9/10** and one of those burgers you really can't go wrong with. The portion size, quality, and price are all excellent, and I especially love that it comes with two different types of cheese. Definitely one of the best options here. We also ordered the **Southwestern Salad**, which was really good. I would recommend asking for extra dressing because it could definitely use a little more. Overall, I'd give the salad an **8/10**. The **fries are always a 10/10**. The side portion is huge and easily enough to share, which makes it an even better value. The drinks are good as well. The **service is always top-notch**. They treat you like family, and the food comes out quickly. I also like that the restaurant has both a traditional service side, where tipping is optional, and a self-service side where you find your own table and pick up your food, so tipping isn't necessary. The **ambiance is one of the best things about this place**. If you're a sports fan, you'll love it. There's tons of sports memorabilia throughout the restaurant and plenty of TVs showing different games. It's a great place to hang out, grab some food, and watch sports. Being right across the street from Fresno State is also a huge plus. The only real downside is the **parking**. They definitely need to find a way to increase the amount of parking because it can be difficult to find a spot. Overall, this is a great place with **good food, generous portions, reasonable prices, excellent service, and an unbeatable sports atmosphere**. Definitely worth checking out!

The one time we have clearly overcooked meat that tastes like horse the manager completely dismissed my 72-yo mother in a very rude way. I guess selling "1000s of sandwiches today with zero complaints" is good enough to completely dismiss us. What likely happened was they saved the overcooked meat till the end of the day (we went 20 minutes before closing) and we were the schmucks that got it. What really pissed me off though is that the manager had veins popping out of his neck. The way he was talking to my elderly mother was inappropriate. Thankfully he cooled down when I walked up to the conversation. All she wanted was to replace our 4 tritip sandwiches with another. Whoever the manager was needs some serious customer service training and needs to learn how to speak to people.

We sat at the bar on a busy Thursday in Fresno, and honestly, I highly recommend doing the same. This is a quick-service-style restaurant where you can wait in line to order and then be seated, but snagging a seat at the bar gives you a completely different perspective on the experience. Aaron and Johnny were an absolute dream team. If you're there on a Wednesday or Thursday, look for these two. When they told us to "sit back and relax," they actually meant it. We didn't want for a thing. Water stayed full, we were consistently checked on without ever feeling hovered over, and their food recommendations were some of the best restaurant suggestions we've had in a while. And that last part is important... the suggestions weren't just upsells, but instead they were thoughtful and intentional recommendations that genuinely complemented what we were ordering. You could tell they weren't just trying to add another item to the ticket but were really were trying to make our meal better. That kind of service is becoming very rare, especially in a quick-service setting. Meanwhile, the restaurant itself had that great something's happening here energy. Busy, lively, people coming and going, the bar buzzy. This is exactly the kind of place you want to stumble into on a Thursday night in Fresno. Heirloom gets balance. It is casual enough to feel approachable, but intentional enough that you leave feeling like someone actually cared about your experience. And with Aaron and Johnny behind the bar? Sit back. Relax. Let them take it from there. (Side note, I believe it is Johnny but might be John, I know for sure if you are manager of this place you know who I am talking about!)
