Trust me, I have tried others and nothing compares. Upon arrival, parking is always full. If you have some time to wait, it will start to clear slowly. Entrance always has a long line to order food. Another way to order is inside where you find a table by the bar area and be served by a waiter/waitress. The ambiance is sports related so you'll see big screen TVs everywhere with all kind of sports playing and sports decor on the walls. Seating can be a bit of a wait since it's always busy so you kinda have to stand around and wait for tables to clear out or you might even get lucky and find one right away. Ordering is easy, big screens for menus upon entering and cashiers waiting to take your order. Once you order your food, it's a bit of a wait until they call your number. Our order today was 2 tri tip sandwiches and a side of fries. Totaling out $40. - Tri-tip sandwiches are $17 each. Worth it every single time. 1000/10 - Side of fries is actually a pretty large order. Seasoned a bit and for the size and taste 8/10 All in all, a great place to eat. The parking is what you have to be more mindful of as their lot is small and someone is always loitering to get a close spot. Just prepare to park on the street. Although I wasn't a big fan of the pulled pork, my husband really enjoys it. Portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. I cannot comment on the ambience, staff, or parking situation as this was provided for a work luncheon. Pricing is fair, considering the generous portions. A small salad is still very large. The chicken has a very smoky flavor to it and not dry. My biggest complaint with this place is you can't call and get a hold of the restaurant and they don't follow any instructions with the online ordering. You tell them no onions and the salad is filled with onions. You tell them what dressing you want they don't even provide you with the dressings. And because of this, I'll have to around a 3.5 star review down to a three. read more

Dining area for wait service (basically the bar section) was full, but we easily found a booth in the back. I actually prefer getting my drink refills and extra napkins myself. You first order what you want at the front cashier. I got the tri-tip steak sandwich ($17.00) and fries. After you order, you can get your drink and sit at any open table. We were able to find a table. I think we waited about 10-15 mins for the food to come out. The place was huge and had plenty of seating. Food was really good and it came with a lot of fries. When I went, I grabbed a spot at the bar, which was perfect. The bartenders were super friendly and kind. I ordered a Hawaiian Punch, a side of fries, the Firebird sandwich cut in half, and a tri-tip sandwich. The food comes out pretty quickly, which I love because you're not waiting forever. The food is always really good, but the fries are honestly one of my favorite things there. They have the best seasoning and are so good. I can't get fries like that anywhere else. The Firebird sandwich is my go to every time. It has two chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, sriracha ranch, and Jack cheese, and it never disappoints. We went on Saturday at about 12:45pm and the line was out the door, but we only had to wait a few minutes for a table in the bar. Service was very quick and efficient, but they drop the check off early to move tables as fast as they can. I had The Pig, which is their pulled pork sandwich. It was delicious and packed with meat. It came with a coleslaw and BBQ sauce, so it was messy but tasty. The coleslaw was sweet though and with the BBQ sauce it was all really sweet. I would have preferred for the coleslaw to be more tangy or to have another component on the sandwich with some acidity to cut the sweetness a bit. I added pickles to the sandwich which helped with this a bit. We also shared the half order of onion rings, which were classic crispy onion rings. The ordering system is a little confusing , you can pay at the front or take a seat at the bar tables and get waitress service from there . We just paid at the front and found a spot to sit at . We got a tri tip sandwich , fries , and a calamari . The tri tip sandwiches are huge and pack full of meat , it is a great price for $15. The calamari was I believe around $10 and super crispy light and fresh . Since the reviews are great I had to try it. And I have to say, the reviews are 5 stars. Really accurate. Parking is hell, service is excellent, and the fries are delicious. It's true, with the mixed reviews say. The tri-tip is dry, but they gave me extra sauce to make up for it. The sauce is crazy thick and sweet. I was happy with the buttery roll. I could do better with the tritip, but I couldn't beat the roll. The fries were deliciously over salted with a season salt that reminds me of something specific that I can't put my finger on. I'm glad there was plenty to bring home for later. Its ambiance is dark and industrial, the black and red tones seem a little overly apocalyptic. The sound level is amplified by all the glass and concrete making it impossible to hold a conversation with out shouting at each other. Great place to get a Tito sandwich. The meat is high quality and doesn't have stringy ligaments in it and it is cooked just up from medium and for a sandwich it's perfect t. Juicy, flavorful... Its a bit loud inside, and the environment may have spooked my 4yo son a bit. The food is meat-centric and legit. The tri-tip sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were both excellent, especially with their dipping sauces. The meats are juicy and you get lots of it. For sharing, I recommend the basket of fries, which easily feeds 2-3. The kid's cheeseburger was decent, but I prefer the cheese to be melted more. Surprisingly busy for weekday afternoon, but then again it was Thanksgiving week. You order at the door, find your seat, and they'll bring you your food.
