The server was extremely nice, it was nice and cool in the Shack, and I was able to step in to get a better look at the coolers to pick out my drinks. I ended up getting a blue raspberry lemonade with a buzz ball to top it off. The 24-ounce cups are pretty big, so they're definitely worth the cost. The server was also kind enough to add lemon juice at my request for a more tart flavor. Amazing lemonade, and overall, a very pleasant experience! I don't come to this side-of-town often enough, but I will definitely start with this food court!!

Fluffys bistro - my sister ordered the Cajun plate with shrimp tacos and boudin eggrolls. I didn't try it but she will post about it. We patronized every truck that was open and the food was good. A couple of the places were not open but we will come back. The parking lot is rocky with potholes but ok for a quick trip. They have picnic tables if you want to sit.

They probably are still working out kinks, so I'll give them a pass, but the burger was the driest burger I've had in a very long time and the kibby was not up to par. The fries were tough and cold. The chicken shawarma was there only saving grace and that's only because it wasn't horrible. I know that the restaurant items are better than these options, so I'll check by again later and update. Overall I am happy that there is a halal option at the mall and I will be stopping by next time as well! Here's hoping it's only going to get better!

Underground Hall, like its name suggests, is a subterranean food hall in downton Houston. They have a burger stall, a taco stall, a chicken stall, an Asian BBQ fusion stall, an icea cream stall, dessert stall upstairs, and a full bar. I ordered Birria Tacos, while also sampling hot chicken mac n cheese fries, and brisket eggrolls thanks to what everyone else ordered. Everything was delicious. The bar offers $1 champagne shots and has a solid happy hour outside of their already pretty good regular prices. My only negative was the bathrooms. Tons of graffiti, smell, and in general needed some serious clean up love, but it didn't ruin the overall visit. Just a heads up. If you or your group can't decide on where to go, go everywhere at the Underground Hall!

It's also a great place to watch sports. Apparently, they've been a go-to spot for World Cup games, so shame on me for taking this long to find it. I've only ever had the chicken teriyaki and sometimes the chicken & shrimp. I've personally never tried the beef so I can't speak about it. They offer bottled and fountain drinks. Plenty of tables in the food court to sit and eat with two big screens available for entertainment. Located close to the carousel and not to far from the restrooms.
