Young girl at the register was nice, tall cook with gotee and baseball cap, NOT so friendly. He didn't say my name correctly which is ok. However, when I went to retrieve my food, eyes locked in, big smile on my face (I was hungry, lol) , and said thank you - death look. No expression, no - your welcome, enjoy, etc. I was hesitant to even say this but this is what this platform is for.. borderline racist as he was nice to other people of lighter skin ); . Just made me feel not welcomed at all. I even said thank you twice. Sometimes kitchens can be a little loud and I can understand if he didn't hear me the first time,, but I know he saw my lips move as we were looking right at each other... Anyway. Overall food was good, a little pricey for a sandwich, fries and a can soda though. For nearly $22 you can eat at sit down restaurant, have quality food and be served with sit down experience. Overall I'd come back as I know what to expect from this location. I've visited another location on LEE RD for to-go but I was in and out... I had the Daily Cheesesteak special. $16.95. I added a cheese sauce $1.30. All together 21.36 total.

Is the quality of the meat product of totally sub-par?? Again.... Absolutely Yes!! So much meat that it's falling out of the bun, yet it tastes like that low budget freezer burnt steakumms product that they sell at Walmart and Winn Dixie. Definitely not fit to eat and when I offered it to my dog, I couldn't even get him to taste it. He sniffed it and just turned his head away. Absolutely wouldn't touch it! This is, by far, the worst Cheesesteak that I've ever experienced. The flavor closely resembles the taste and texture of the tires that they sell next door at the Tuffy's Tire & Lube Center. They even overcooked the fries, I couldn't throw it away fast enough. Save your money and your digestive system... Eat Elsewhere

Side of fries too. The sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious with just the right amount of cheese on warm bread. The Classic Philly was chopped steak with onions, peppers and cheese cooked perfectly and tender. Delicious! The Chopped Cheese was burger and cheese with onion. Both sandwiches came with lettuce and fresh tomato on top and a side of mayo. We shared the generous portion of fries. Not just any fries, either. They were thick like steak fries but cut in small wedges and thick spirals. Hot and delicious and really good with a little ketchup. Hot day so we dined inside. Nice atmosphere. Bright and cheery. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Philly Bros for dine in or carry out! Terrific. Kate the Artist

Highly recommend if you're craving a great Philly!

Today all the…read morestars in our complicated life finally aligned and we got to go see what the buzz has been about. Whew. Expensive. We give this place 5*'s for food and 1* for the prices. Our overall rating is 3*'s. The folks who work here are very pleasant. The dining room is well decorated. There's no mistaking what the cuisine will be. We ordered a pernil Papa Locas ($14) and both street ($13/5) and birria ($14/3) tacos. We wanted to get a churrasco Mofongo ($35) thinking we'd have plenty of leftovers, but we realized we were simply running out of money. We love Puerto Rican food. We often stop at Lelo's in Orange City when we're in Volusia county and get Mfongo's and the rotisserie chicken and the pork and their daily specials. Our expectation was high tonight because of all the buzz. We really wanted it to be good. And what we ate was good. The employees and the ambience were both great. We enjoyed everything. But why so expensive? We make a good living and we both appreciate fine things - we willingly pay extra for high quality when we feel it is justified. But what we paid tonight didn't bear any correlation to our dinner. These sky-high prices reminded us of Disney. Everything at WDW is inflated: whether the captive audience syndrome because Disney knows their customers have no alternatives; or they just price everything ridiculously high because it's Disney. Unfortunately for this restaurant, it's not Disney. And there are dozens and dozens of alternatives surrounding their building and within a short 10-15 min drive. We wish the owners well. They certainly know how to prepare tasty Puerto Rican food. However, we both agreed we won't be going back because we frankly just don't see the value. Way too expensive.

I've been for lunch and on a Friday night for dinner and it was fantastic both times! For lunch I had the Pork Birria Tacos (hey...if they're on the menu...I get them ‍) and they are completely drool-worthy! They were as crispy as the food I have been seeing in the ASMR videos! The decorations with the plants and decor go well together. There is no question that there is Puerto Rican pride there! The hanging chair was also fun! The dinner I had there was also excellent! We sat in this time and had a Tripleta and Canoas. All the flavors were there for both! We also had a tamarind bucket drink! It was so refreshing, and not everywhere offers it! The chips they brought out were even plantain chips! On Friday nights they have Bachata night where they have a DJ, open up a space for dancing, and even have a spot for dominoes! Everyone should check them out!

We were welcomed with warm smiles and walked straight to the deli. We shared the Rubinstein and bratwurst (everything on it). It's true - it does take a while for the food to be made but it's so worth it. The meat is sliced is front of you and made to order. My favorite is their cucumber side that's drenched in dill sauce. $2+ beers for happy hour, everyday! Kolsch beer all the way, baby! Shoutout to the chef making our sandwiches. I didn't get his name but he's a super nice guy with a black beard. He was apologetic for the wait - but we assured him there's no rush. We will always wait for quality food! Another shoutout to Priscilla, who was so kind when cashing out our order. We're so ready to come back... tomorrow (haha)! Thank you, Hollerbach team who worked tonight (3/29/2026). We hope you always serve us. Now I don't have to travel 10 hours to Europe for a brat. Love this place.
