The young woman behind the counter asks what I want. I order. In the middle of her slicing one of the deli meats, another customer comes up and asks for a pound of the meat she was currently slicing. Customer service will tell you to take care of customers in the order of arrival. Not according to this place. No, she decided to skip over me and service someone else. I understand that it was probably easier that way - given you might have to clean up between meats, or whatever else. And that's fine - IF YOU COMMUNICATE with the customer. The lady ordering the meat apologized. For reasons? It wasn't her fault. I appreciate it, but unnecessary. Finally after waiting for a longer time, the young woman behind the counter apologized for the delay. There never should have been a delay. Plus the sandwich was lackluster. I try to avoid big chains. I like small businesses. But when you treat people like this; why should I return?

I added a $1 tip which I hate doing because you're not serving me anything but it didn't give you the option not to. Do you want a receipt? No, I'm OK because you know I'm here all the time so I trust--- then she took the guy behind me. He said no no no I ordered a small you're charging me for a large, then I remember I paid $22. I immediately went back and said I also ordered the small. It's $12.50. Why was I charged $22? She said because I added mushrooms I chose the "mushroom cheesesteak"It literally says $12.50 for the 8 inch on the menu! Would you like your receipt? Absolutely! And the proof is in the pudding. The receipt says large cheesesteak $17.95 that isn't even the price on the menu it's $16.50. My problem with the actual place is if you're trusting it and you're not asking for your receipt, which is my fault. This was my first time trying the pepperoni bread, and it didn't disappoint. It had plenty of filling, great flavor, and paired really well with the pizza. It's something I'd order again without hesitation. The lemon pepper wings were another favorite. Our food came pretty fast and we both enjoyed large pizzas. My husband and I split a large pizza with chicken, spinach, and garlic. Wow it was amazing! Beware the pizza is pretty thin though so I wouldn't recommend splitting with more than 2 people. We were seated right next to the dessert case, which made it hard for us to say no. The brownie/strawberry cheesecake was amazing. The inside gives diner vibes and the outside offers nice seating when the weather is well. We just heated them up in the microwave but they were the most moist and well-seasoned Swedish meatballs/sauce that we've ever had. Blows IKEA meatballs out of the water. Mashed potatoes were super velvety and perfect with the meatballs. Chimichurri sauce is perfectly seasoned. We're trying the pork chop and brussel sprouts tonight but based off everything else, I'm sure it will be delicious.
