My sides were the BBQ beans which were smokey, thick and outstanding. The dirty rice was a question in what the heck were they thinking. Never have I ever in 55 years seen corn kernels in dirty rice and I'm accustomed to there being ground meat not chunks of sausage and I don't know what type of sausage they were using but there was something almost sweet and a lil bit tangy to it which thoroughly threw everything off balance and the rice was thick and chewy.
