My treatment at La Princesa was very professional in all levels starting with patient safety , the staff are helpful and amazing , specially ultherapy treatment was excellent worth the money I paid. Also they offered IM injection to relive moderate to severe pain. Ulterapy one of the most painful treatments that I have had. But with IM injection I couldn't feel any pain during the treatment. The laser treatments did not work miracles for me. However, they do seem lighter but they are still there. I purchased a 5 session package deal right off the bat. If I had to go back, I would just pay per session or buy the 3 session package instead. Just thought more would be better but it wasn't. I felt like she did a great job on my first session. Second-fourth sessions, meh. She kept wanting to take it really slow and target small pieces at a time but it really didn't do anything for me. I hate to be the one to leave a bad review since this Medical Spa has raving reviews, however I had a bad experience here. As far as their laser treatments go for mole removals they are baiting and dishonest. When I went for my initial consultation sometime in April I had inquired them about having three facial moles removed.. Now I call them "moles" but they're more like light tan raised blemishes that aren't considered the more obvious dark types and they're about 5mm or less in size. The woman assisting me stated that I would only need one laser treatment with a retouch to remove all three.. She charged me $100. I didn't have any Duoderm bandages for after care so she charged me an extra $10 which she literally gave me only a quarter of a 10x10cm duoderm after my first treatment.. That's when I realized this place hustles. She also tried to sell me on more services insisting that my freckles were not freckles and that they were also moles that needed to be removed.. Nope, I'd only like the 3 ones I specified removed. (Btw, I ended up buying a 10pack of 10x10cm duoderms on amazon for $20 because the strip they gave me wasn't enough for re-application for 4/5 days) Fast forward to today, "my touch up treatment", they tried to sell me on more services. They spent 20minutes of my appointment deciphering between eachother in Korean about my services prior to the laser treatment. It was the Male owner, receptionist, and whoever was taking place of the woman that usually works in the office. They also spent some time interrogating me on whether I had other sessions done with them and going over my file, insisting that I needed to pay for more sessions to have my moles removed while also trying to sell me on freckle removal AGAIN. The whole exchange was super uncomfortable. They told me that what I only paid for two sessions and that I would need to purchase more laser treatments to have the 3 moles removed. I have not seen a single difference in the moles since my first session. When I came for the consultation I was under the impression that I was paying for the mole removal service not "as per session laser tx" till the moles were removed which could take multiple sessions.. So you're telling me that I need to pay another "$100-400" depending on how many sessions it takes to remove those few moles? That's crazy, I'll take my business elsewhere, where people are more honest and have more diverse opinions in their reviews. I really put up a fight so they decided to do the touch up session with extra attention given to what I wanted. The technician bought out a magnifier mirror to focus on each spot and spent what felt like 30min to do the laser tx. My first session she didn't use any mirror and spent about 10minutes. I noticed there was still brown pigmented areas that needed to go over but she insisted that I needed to just wait a month, apply sunblock 3x a day and have another session done for them to be completely removed.. Umm, no I don't even spend time in the sun. During aftercare I try to keep indoors for a week and I apply facial sunblock regardless. I leave the spots uncovered at night and apply a new duoderm every morning for 4/5 days until it scabs and when I wear makeup, it's around the areas only. I'm very careful considering that I want to get my money's worth and also the happiness of having these blemishes removed.. This business tries to hustle and if anyone were to purchase services I would advise to get it in writing with direct information on what you're having done so that you don't get the run-around. I won't be coming back. 07/04/2019- Update ** after the touch up last month, there has been no visible changes to the moles except for scarring. In no way did they lighten or remove them. read more

I purchased the 10 session laser hair removal treatment and it has been greatly effective. I saw less and thinner hair growth even after my 3rd session. Service is great, everyone is professional and welcoming here. I picked up one filler and looked it, and I noticed some Korean written on the bottom of the filler box. They never told me that they would use Korean filler. The nurse confessed to me that the guy owner of La Princesa ordered her to use 450 shots instead of 700 shots and use Korean face lifting machine for the remaining. Since it was against her moral, the nurse decided to give me 700 shots anyway. What kind of scam is this? I have my right to receive proper service for what I paid.
