I'm sharing this review to warn others about my experience at this clinic. From the start, it was clear the clinic is overbooked for the amount of staff they have. The environment felt rushed, and it gave the impression that volume is prioritized over patient care and quality service. The front desk was discussing visit details and charges out loud in a public area with all patients, before any private assessment was done, which felt very unprofessional and not respectful of patient privacy. How did the front desk determined the amount of units I needed ? Are they also RN's ? Even with an appointment, expect significant delays. I waited about 45 minutes past my scheduled time. I also returned one day early for a follow-up and was told I was "too early" to receive additional units. The interaction felt abrupt and dismissive rather than focused on patient care. My nurse was a Hispanic nurse. When I returned the following day due to dissatisfaction with my results (my 11's were still visible), additional units were administered, but I still did not see a noticeable improvement. There was also a lack of transparency around pricing. Only certain units were charged at a promotional rate, while additional units were billed at full price, and this was not clearly explained upfront. Overall, my experience lacked communication, transparency, and service quality. I would caution others to ask very clear questions about pricing and expected results before proceeding. I personally would not return You still didn't answer my question. How did the receptionist determined where I needed my Botox - Jeveau ? With no assessment ? This review is solely for false promotion/advertisement. I saw this place randomly on my social media account and decided to check it out. They have quite a few selection of opening promotions. I booked the Ultherapy prime for $259 and hair removal for $19 per session. Before booking, I messaged their facebook page as I had a few questions regarding the treatments. The person I spoke with was great and very responsive. Come my appointment time, I arrived and approached the front desk. They offered a free skin analysis which is great. They ask you to double cleanse and they took me to skin analysis machine. Jill came in to discuss my skin analysis result. Afterwards, we discussed the treatment that I specifically came for which is the Ultherapy. To my surprise, she told me that the $259 is literally for a trial only. They will just do it on one spot to see if you can tolerate it or not. That's literally throwing $259 for a trial! The worst part is that when I inquired online, it wasn't mentioned and elaborated that the price is only for trial on spot on your face to see if you tolerate it. If you end up tolerating it, you have to pay $1,199 for the full discounted price. To sum it up, I ended up leaving very disappointed and wasted my time. Lesson: Don't be fooled by their discounted prices/promotion. read more

This review is purely for customer service. I did not receive any services-yet. I have been searching for a facial and injection clinic-used to go to Beverly Hills but the prices was steep and drive was a bit far with traffic. Called on a Saturday and wanted to try some of their special/promotion services-we asked for the hair laser removal and facial. I was thrilled they were able to fit me and my friend in for the following day, Sunday. I called back later in the day to add more services but was told "we are fully booked". My friend tried and was told "we have to analyze your skin first and then we can place you on the waitlist - wait is around 20 minutes for each skin services". We were fine with waiting so we figured we will do it when we get our booked services on Sunday. Also, you'd figure if we needed to prepare anything for the services, they'd tell us in advance...nope. I learned the reason why.... Upon arrival, Esther greeted us and guided us to the waiting area/lounge. She brought with her an iPad and started going over services/pricing...then told us "half of the staff was sick so they left early"...uhh why didn't you call your customers to let them know so they can reschedule? Explained to her it was a decent drive from Huntington Beach to Buena Park, therefore, we'd like to have everything done the same day...eventually, we suggested to her to just get our hair removal services...that was not the case for Esther. She started asking us if we shave this and that...when we told her no one instructed us anything...she started to pressure us to purchase our services in advance. Get this...she asked us to sign a waiver, acknowledging we would not be issue a refund once payment was made...I'm like what...we haven't tried any services, how would we know if we want to purchase a package or even proceed with a bunch of services. We explained our concern and asked if she can reschedule our facials and hair removal to a different day, thus, it was their fault we couldn't receive the services we scheduled. She refused. Esther pressured us to pay and insisted "pricing is only guaranteed today because today counts as your first visit"...and then I even expressed concerns of "what if we try to schedule like today and your staff is out sick or whatnot and I can't get my services again"...nope she didn't seem to care...she only care about sales. I even told her it does not make any sense for our consultation to be considered a "visit"...she wasn't having it. It was very artificial - she gave us answers/responses that I am truly convinced was not authentic but what you would want to hear..my friend said she was concern of bruising - Esther "oh my gosh, I bruise too...just like you.." Seems like others had similar experience, they will schedule an appointment to get you to come and then do some other twisted things to sale upon arrival. I made an appointment here weeks ago for 5PM on a a Friday. I was surprised how packed it was when I got there. Lots of staff kind of standing around with tablets and they don't really welcome you. They did my face scan and said someone will call me up when ready for a consultation. There was definitely a lack of follow up and any kind of acknowledgement. Despite me explaining that I've had dermaplaning done before with zero issues, they refused to do it out of fear of breakouts. It's my skin, and they completely ignored my track record. Treated myself to my some Jeuveau after a year nursing my son, and I was so excited to feel refreshed with some tox. The med spa is beautiful, clean and modern inside. There's a big gap in communication between the estheticians, nurses, front desk staff and what is being relayed to the customers, as well as an inconsistent wait time for the times that I've come for a treatment which has now been 6 times. Sometimes I wait for anywhere between 30min to 1 hour. My last appointment time I was waiting a full hour - when the day before I was being reminded via text and phone call to be on time and if i was 20min late, I'd be rescheduled. Although they told me the nurses were running behind schedule and I'd have to wait in the lobby, after I was waiting 40min, I finally asked how much longer it would be. A girl at the front said it could 15min - 20min longer but she could take me to a room in the back to wait and the nurse will come in. She took me to a room that clearly had been used before and the tray table had used tissues - the room hadn't been cleaned yet. She left be there for maybe 5-10min then came back and apologized to take me to a different room. While I was waiting there, someone else came in without realizing I had been in there. When the nurse finally came in she told me that another nurse called out sick last minute so they were understaffed, something that should've been communicated earlier and if that was the case, they should have rescheduled their appointments to accommodate. Additionally the first time I ever came to meso, I came with my pregnant cousin for facials to celebrate her birthday. We both called ahead of time to confirm that she could receive the treatment, which we were both reassured on the phone ahead of time so we moved forward with booking the appointment. When we get there, an esthetician said they couldn't provide the service but could do a free skin recovery care instead. There also isn't a standardized treatment from the nurses in my experience. For example I got the freckle laser and PRP. Each time the nurses either used different methods to numb my face, or forgot to numb me until I asked. One nurse didn't wipe the blood off of my face where she injected me and put the pimple patches on to send me on my way but I didn't want to go outside with that much blood on my face so I cleaned myself up on my own after she left. Another nurse massaged my face after she was done injecting me when that had never been done before in my previous 2 PRP treatments. During my last under eye PRP treatment, even though I waited over an hour for the service, the nurse was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, asked me how I was liking the progress so far, and even suggested doing another facial scan to compare my progress. When I was checking out after my service she asked one of the girls at the front if they were still doing face scans to which she said no. But that wasn't relayed to me directly. That also isn't correct because there's clearly a client special being offered in the app right now which also was never once mentioned the whole time I was there. read more

I am a little conflicted about reviewing Meso as 3 stars, but I want to say I loved my injector Yen as she's very honest, kind, and friendly. The service was great and the spa was clean and luxurious. Meso held a tox promotion for $5.9/unit so I booked an appointment. I get there and meet with a receptionist to be told that tox for the masseters is actually $8/unit which is really confusing/misleading since that wasn't stated anywhere online. I'm also told that for a nefertiti lift, they have a set amount of units for everyone and I don't get a consultation based on my anatomy? I found this odd since I've been to other med spas and know the importance of individual anatomy and personal consultations with the injector. Later my injector advises me that I don't need all the units I purchased for the nefertiti, so I'll have it left over. Overall, I did like my experience here and the staff are nice but the untrue promotional price and unclear consultation was confusing and not the best. read more
