This review is purely for customer service. I did not receive any services-yet. I have been searching for a facial and injection clinic-used to go to Beverly Hills but the prices was steep and drive was a bit far with traffic. Called on a Saturday and wanted to try some of their special/promotion services-we asked for the hair laser removal and facial. I was thrilled they were able to fit me and my friend in for the following day, Sunday. I called back later in the day to add more services but was told "we are fully booked". My friend tried and was told "we have to analyze your skin first and then we can place you on the waitlist - wait is around 20 minutes for each skin services". We were fine with waiting so we figured we will do it when we get our booked services on Sunday. Also, you'd figure if we needed to prepare anything for the services, they'd tell us in advance...nope. I learned the reason why.... Upon arrival, Esther greeted us and guided us to the waiting area/lounge. She brought with her an iPad and started going over services/pricing...then told us "half of the staff was sick so they left early"...uhh why didn't you call your customers to let them know so they can reschedule? Explained to her it was a decent drive from Huntington Beach to Buena Park, therefore, we'd like to have everything done the same day...eventually, we suggested to her to just get our hair removal services...that was not the case for Esther. She started asking us if we shave this and that...when we told her no one instructed us anything...she started to pressure us to purchase our services in advance. Get this...she asked us to sign a waiver, acknowledging we would not be issue a refund once payment was made...I'm like what...we haven't tried any services, how would we know if we want to purchase a package or even proceed with a bunch of services. We explained our concern and asked if she can reschedule our facials and hair removal to a different day, thus, it was their fault we couldn't receive the services we scheduled. She refused. Esther pressured us to pay and insisted "pricing is only guaranteed today because today counts as your first visit"...and then I even expressed concerns of "what if we try to schedule like today and your staff is out sick or whatnot and I can't get my services again"...nope she didn't seem to care...she only care about sales. I even told her it does not make any sense for our consultation to be considered a "visit"...she wasn't having it. It was very artificial - she gave us answers/responses that I am truly convinced was not authentic but what you would want to hear..my friend said she was concern of bruising - Esther "oh my gosh, I bruise too...just like you.." Seems like others had similar experience, they will schedule an appointment to get you to come and then do some other twisted things to sale upon arrival. Beware...stay away from this place!!!! read more

The staff was friendly, professional, and never pushy. I came in for a complimentary skin analysis, and I was amazed by how much detail it revealed about my skin and specific concerns. They recommended treatments tailored both to the analysis results and my personal skincare goals. I got the Aqua Facial today, and my skin came out glowing and feeling so refreshed. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back for future treatments and would highly recommend this place! read more

This review is solely for false promotion/advertisement. I saw this place randomly on my social media account and decided to check it out. They have quite a few selection of opening promotions. I booked the Ultherapy prime for $259 and hair removal for $19 per session. Before booking, I messaged their facebook page as I had a few questions regarding the treatments. The person I spoke with was great and very responsive. Come my appointment time, I arrived and approached the front desk. They offered a free skin analysis which is great. They ask you to double cleanse and they took me to skin analysis machine. Jill came in to discuss my skin analysis result. Afterwards, we discussed the treatment that I specifically came for which is the Ultherapy. To my surprise, she told me that the $259 is literally for a trial only. They will just do it on one spot to see if you can tolerate it or not. That's literally throwing $259 for a trial! The worst part is that when I inquired online, it wasn't mentioned and elaborated that the price is only for trial on spot on your face to see if you tolerate it. If you end up tolerating it, you have to pay $1,199 for the full discounted price. To sum it up, I ended up leaving very disappointed and wasted my time. Lesson: Don't be fooled by their discounted prices/promotion. read more

I was looking for facial spots and I came across this place that recently opened up! They're located on the second floor at The Source. The front receptionists were kind and welcoming, and overall the layout of the med spa is beautiful!!! Today I got a Aqua Facial and Dermaplaning done by Karolina. Gorgeous new space! All staff were so sweet and attentive. I enjoyed receiving a complimentary skin analysis to help determine which treatments best fit my skin concerns. Today for lifting and tightening, I got the oligio lifting treatment. Pain level was a 3/4 out of 10. The hot sensation subsided immediately after treatment with minimal redness. Incredibly frustrated with this Medspa. I scheduled a dermaplaning and aqua-facial session for an upcoming wedding. Despite me explaining that I've had dermaplaning done before with zero issues, they refused to do it out of fear of breakouts. It's my skin, and they completely ignored my track record. Because they refused half the service, they rushed through a mediocre aqua-facial that was absolutely not worth the price. My time was completely wasted. I'll be finding another spa that actually values its clients. read more

I made an appointment here weeks ago for 5PM on a a Friday. I was surprised how packed it was when I got there. Lots of staff kind of standing around with tablets and they don't really welcome you. They seemed a bit overwhelmed themselves. Since this place is new it's obvious they are trying to figure things out which is OK! I had scheduled a face diagnosis and an oxygen facial. They did my face scan and said someone will call me up when ready for a consultation. There was definitely a lack of follow up and any kind of acknowledgement. I sat there for 30 mins until someone came up and asked if I was waiting for anything. Um yes??? The services I booked?? Lol. They were very busy. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place, then this is probably not it. They have plenty of rooms for all their services but you can hear all the noise and chatter so fyi! However I did enjoy my oxygen facial a lot and will be back! I found the skin analysis to be very helpful and I can't wait to try all the other services! read more

Treated myself to my some Jeuveau after a year nursing my son, and I was so excited to feel refreshed with some tox. The med spa is beautiful, clean and modern inside. The front desk girls were all very warm and friendly, and the check in process is quick and efficient. I had Diane as my nurse injector, and having had plenty of experiences with getting my face poked for Botox, I can say Diane had the most gentle injection technique I've ever had. I'm very disappointed with my experience at MesoMedSpa in Buena Park today. My friend and I had facial appointments scheduled in advance, but when we arrived and checked in, we were told they didn't have enough aestheticians available and that we would need to reschedule. What's the point of making appointments if the spa cannot honor them? What made it more frustrating was that we never received any phone call or text beforehand informing us of the issue, despite them clearly knowing about the staffing problem before we arrived. They later said they might be able to fit us in about 2 hours later, so we agreed to wait. During that time, staff offered my friend and I an IV infusion while waiting. My friend asked whether it was safe for breastfeeding/nursing moms, and the staff member had to leave to double check. She then came back saying it was not recommended, and also said they would not recommend the Aqua Facial either because of their policy. The confusing part is that my friend specifically called ahead of time before booking and asked whether the facial was okay while breastfeeding, and she was told yes. So we received completely conflicting information from the same business. Overall, their poor communication, appointment issues, and inconsistent information made it hard to feel confident in the staff's knowledge or recommendations. read more

First time here and the place is beautiful along with very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was helpful and talked me through my skin concerns. Wanted the BB laser but toning laser was suggested for my specific concerns. The treatment is a bit spicy but tolerable (no numbing). Prepare for redness after but the cryi & mask was super hydrating. I'll definitely be back to try other modalities & to get to that glass skin effect. Also the skin analysis is a must! read more

Spa is clean with a lot of seating in the waiting area. The area where you wash your face has all the supplies you would ever need. They thoroughly explain the results from your facial analysis and recommend treatments based on that. I already knew what I treatment I wanted and they reinforced my decision. Since I have less facial fat in certain areas, they carefully adjusted the number of shots there while focusing more on areas where I carry more fullness, like my jawline and under my chin. It made me feel like they were truly customizing the treatment for my face rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I had heard that Ultherapy can be extremely painful (some people even get sedation for it in Korea), so I was honestly nervous. However, they applied numbing cream and let it sit for about an hour beforehand, and the treatment ended up being much more comfortable than I expected. I had a noticeable double chin before the procedure, and I was genuinely surprised to see improvement starting the very next day. I live quite a distance away in Los Angeles, but after this experience, I can confidently say I'll be coming back here for future treatments. Highly recommend!
