Hi! I'm a 50s woman, and since my mid 40s I've been getting lifting laser treatments about every two years. I've had a total of three before this. The very first time, I couldn't even get through the first shot because it was so painful--I ended up paying extra on the spot to switch to sedation. After that, all my treatments were done under sedation, no question. Then I found this place. I heard about the new Ulthera Prime, which is supposed to be about 30% less painful and faster, and the price here was honestly unbelievable. I booked right away. Seriously, it's incredibly hard to find a place this affordable in LA County. So on March 28, I had my fourth lifting laser treatment: 600 shots of Ulthera and 300 shots of Oligio. And surprisingly--it really didn't hurt much at all, even less than skin tox treatments. The providers were licensed nurses, not just aestheticians, which made me feel more comfortable. They were very thorough from start to finish. They showed me a brand-new tip before starting, explained exactly how many shots they would use, where and how they would apply them, and even let me check progress with a mirror during the procedure. They also showed me the remaining shot count on the screen. Honestly, it made me wonder why I ever went through sedation before (a little sad thinking about it, haha). Overall, I was very satisfied. Now it's been exactly 5 weeks since my treatment. They had recommended doing skin tox together with the lifting laser, but I wanted to see the lifting results on their own first, so I waited. My last skin tox, Botox, and Rejuran treatments were at the end of November 2025. Now I understand why they recommended combining them. My skin looks naturally blurred, like I have a soft filter on. It's not like my face lifted a full half inch like I always wished for (lol), but my wrinkles are definitely softer and my skin feels firmer and more plump. I'm really, really happy with the results. They say you'll see even more improvement around 8 weeks, but I couldn't wait because of the wrinkles around my eyes when I smile--so I already booked a skin tox appointment here again. :) I truly, truly recommend this place.
