But I saw cheap NYE appropriate shoes in the window and I was in. There was a strong smell of acidity upon entering. But decently pack store had plenty of people roaming. Like another reviewed stated, the items are packed in tightly. Barely any space to walk between aisles and the extremely dim lighting isn't helpful with checking out the coloring of items. If you are trying to match shoes with a belt make sure to have a flash light. Walking further into the store (shoes are in the back) I notice that the smell was not apparent. But there was no way I was risking bringing that smell into my car or home. Meh. I've experienced better.

So I checked it out and bought a shape wear garment in my size that I have bought many times from other stores in my size with no problems. This was my first time in the store and when I was at the register the associate never told me about the final sale. When I tried it on at home the garment didn't even go up my ankles. So I took it back and the manager there said that there is nothing she can do but gave me the corporate number. After multiple calls with different people. I was told that they would not be giving me store credit or a refund. All they could do is tell me "sorry " that is store policy. I'm a shopaholic so I've shopped at almost every store brick and mortar in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and online. I've never in my life had a problem with a business not working something out with me to keep a customer. They would rather loose a customer and have negative reviews, negative word of mouth then try to make that customer happy; so that she would continue to shop there and have a positive experience. I wash my hair, braid it, apply the oil and leave it alone until the next wash day. This is the only hair product that I've recently bought so it all ties back to this store.
