She mentioned that she and her boyfriend Dom watch my videos all the time, so a big thank you to both of them. I kicked things off with some chicken fries, served in a generous portion. They were hot, tasty, and paired perfectly with a side of dipping sauce. The pizza was loaded with toppings--plenty of fresh, healthy vegetables, except for any olives. The crust was crisp, the cheese blend was spot-on, and the sauce had great flavor. It was so filling I ended up taking some home. Went back and the pizza was loaded with huge green peppers, something that was not part of the order. The chicken sandwich was made with such a horrible chicken. My husband could not even eat it. He said it was like rubber. I even asked the kid who had glasses and dark blonde hair the counter if maybe we could have the plain that they made the first time to make up for the time we had to wait and for the fact that the Pizza the day before was like three days old and he went to get the original pizza and came back and said it's gone. They must have remade your new Pizza with that one. The kid was nice, it wasn't his but I can't see how this could've been made wrong twice. Let me first start with saying, I was not intending to author a review this evening. However…read more.. this restaurant did so many things right, I needed to send praise their way. (1) Presentation and ease of care - As you can see from the photo, they made and excellent presentation of our multiple item dinner instead of giving us multiple boxes. I loved this, because it was sooo easy to carry with my toddler son. (2) Quality of ingredients - I ordered a small tossed salad and was almost not going to because it was $6.95 ... it was worth it! They included olives,tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and Ken's Balsamic dressing. The garlic knots were so moist and frankly, the best I've ever had. (3) Pizza quality - this is where they could do a bit better, but I'll give them that I walked in 30 minutes before close. The pizza was good, but not great - crust was a bit flat, but it really did hit the spot! (4) Atmosphere - it's small, but you can sit down and relax! You can tell they care about their restaurant and its success - they were super polite and helpful. All in all! Great pizza joint. I think the crust was a bit flat, because it had been there for a minute. Will definitely be back when we come through! Oh! For those health conscious - they had LOTS of healthy options, not just all bread.... Side of broccoli, soup of the day, TONS of salads. Great job y'all!
