Awesome tacos!! I went here for dinner and was finding trouble seeing the truck since they don't have a big sign and you kinda have to spot the truck while driving on the Bothell Highway. I decided to order 4 tacos with cabeza, lengua, asada and tripa. Gotta say that this combination was AWESOME! The tripa was on super crunchy and flavorful, the lengua and cabeza were moist and tender and the asada was not too dry and flavorful. The tortilla was standard and I believe they used flour tortillas. I would love to come back to try their other items in the future. read more

Stopped here on our way to wine tasting in woodinville. Omg! It is the cutest little spot. They have a shed converted for you to sit and eat/wait since it's always raining. I ordered the carnitas sopes and the masa was thick and perfect. It's topped with beans lettuce radishes crema and a slice of grilled jalapeño on the side. They have two salsas which aren't very hot but good. Also had the al pastor, lengua, asada tacos and out of all of them the carne asada was amazing!! When I go back that's what I'll get anything with the asada! The guys working here are super fast and nice. I really loved this place and can't wait to come back! read more

Loveeeee these tacos. So surprised the best tacos I've found in Washington are in bothell. Machaca and asada borritos are a go to for me and my partner. As well as tripas extra crispy. Everything I've tried here is good though. Love that they actually have a spicy salsa (roja) with bomb flavor. Only thing I'd recommend is calling ahead to order. Got the tripa and al pastor tacos. Was going for the lengua but they sold out so quickly! Not a fan of tripe but the guy recommended it and it was OK... It was kinda fried but I liked the AL pastor more. I kinda wish it had a better sauce or maybe I'm used to the socal type that has a pineapple piece on it to help avoid tasting so dry. I did add the little sauce they gave with it but didn't do enough. It just added more spice? Also got a Carne asada burrito. I couldn't really taste any of the sauce or guac in it... I only tasted rice, meat, cilantro, and onion. The asada was decent flavor but it was smaller pieces than I expected. Might come back for some more tacos but wasn't impressed by the burrito. read more

Wet burrito is worth it every time. I still haven't tried many other items they have but they are all quick made and tasty.

I can't say I've been to a lot of Mexican food trucks but this is my favorite one. I like to order the machaca burrito. I love how big the burritos are and how affordable they are. Staff here is friendly and I always enjoy coming here. Food can take some time to make since it's always made to order. I like to call ahead for pickup. Good quality tacos for a good price! They are a little stingy with their sauce (but thats like every restaurant these days it seems like). The meat is good, as are the other toppings they put on the street tacos, its the perfect amount. I also tried the wet burrito before which was also good! Great little taco truck! Ordered asada & pollo tacos, was not happy, asada pieces were over cooked, beans was served in a full size to go box so when I lifted the box out sideways they dumped all out the side, thank god the bag was in the right place. Rice and beans were not good at all, I always feel if when trying the beans and they're not good, the rest is history. Tacos are better than decent. Not the best but for this area, the best you'll get. Only downside is how beyond stingy they are with their salsas. For an extra salsa, they will charge you $1 for a small dipping sauce cup amount. They will only give you ONE of those cups gratis for every 5 tacos you order. Never have I ever been to a taco truck that was this stingy with their salsas let alone charge you for it. I can understand even 50 cents but a $1 is a total rip off for what you get. read more

CASH ONLY food truck. Thankfully I was prepared. We got the "special" which isn't on the menu. It's 3 tacos, rice and beans for about $7. You can only choose al pastor or chicken-if you want something else it's an extra $1. I got carnitas and it wasn't shredded and the al pastor (I tasted my husband's) was better. The special also comes with a soda or water. A great deal as long as you're not picky and have cash. read more

I just moved from Mexico to the area. These are by far the best tacos I´ve had in Washington hands down. The Asada, Cabeza , Lengua and Carnitas tacos could compete with some decent street food down in Jalisco. Tripa is also hard to come by so its GREATLY appreciated. Both sauces, green and red are fantastic with the authentic, handmade flavor and the braised onion and chile is out of this world ! I tried the burrito but it was more or a tex-mex kind of dish, not real mexican burrito, so I stay around the tacos ever since. Some of the more exotic meats (like tripa) goes fast, so its better to get there early. I go there as often as I can ! read more
