One of the best tacos I have ever had!!!
    Elaine K.

Wow!! This is the BEST tacos I have ever had!!! I stopped by to shop at the Mexican store behind these food truck and I decided to give it a try after I finished shopping. I asked for four different tacos: beef, chicken, pork and shrimp. They were all so tasty and there was a lot of meat on it. I would eat them all again however, my favorite one was the beef and the shrimp. The shrimp taco had a generous amount of sliced avocado. The owners were so nice and they cooked the food really fast. They told me the next time I want to stop by I can do Skal so they can have it done by the time we were there. It's definitely my favorite place to get tacos and I'm looking forward to taste all the food in their menu. I do recommend displaced anyone that wants to have original tasty and reasonable price Mexican food.

This is a hidden gem. Seen it many times while driving on WA-9, but didn't try it until recently. Small food truck with some decent menu options. Reviews were most about the tacos. That was my first choice. Taco combo with Asada, Pollo and Camaron. Also ordered a veggie burrito. Super friendly staffs. Tacos were scrumptious! Loved the flavor of them. Tacos were stuffed with cilantro, radish & onions; and the meat was very tender. The burrito was was also delicious. I asked for more veggies and less rice & beans. They made it exactly the way I wanted it. Since I wanted the food spicy, they add their spicy salsa/sauce in both tacos and burrito. Also gave extra salsa with the order. It's so good to have a great Mexican food truck around. It's a $ place. And worth every penny. Highly recommend it, especially for their Tacos!

    Vegetarian burrito

Stopped by today when we were in the area and was very happy with the burritos we got! I ordered the vegetarian burrito which has rice, beans, avocado, tomatoes, and peppers. Pretty tasty! Green salsa was good as well. Prices are around 13$ per burrito now. Overall, a tasty dinner but nothing spectacular.

    Bacon breakfast burrito.

Most satisfying bacon breakfast burrito I've had since leaving Arizona and getting that craving every once in a while. Loved the size of the burrito (most are too fat), though maybe it should cost a buck or so less. Also, my fiance has been starved for properly spicy food here - they warned me about how spicy the hot sauce was when they handed me my food, and we agreed, good heat. Quick service, plenty of space to park near the truck. Definitely gonna be going back.

It was nearly 20$ for a burrito, burrito express up the 9 is way cheaper and sells bigger burritos, the carnita isn't how I like mine...

Solid taco truck stop. Fast affordable fresh. Good condiments and options. Thank you for providing more than enough napkins.

I will travel for this food truck, I HAVE to have that Pulled Pork Bowl again. I have to bring friends so they can partake in its delightful deliciousness. Now, about the Keto. Having been on Keto in the past and studied Keto in depth I can say with certainty that the Pulled Pork Bowl is most definitely not Keto. Onions and the sauce throw it under the Keto bus, it might have sweet pickles on it too, which of course are loaded with carbs, but I might be mistaken as the pickles may be dill. But seriously, if you're looking for a filling, taste sensation that is somewhat low carb, try the Pulled Pork Bowl. You will be happy that you did.

Absolutely delicious and so friendly!…read more I'm on a low carb diet, and here at Boeing we only have so many options for food that falls into that category. I've been following their page for a while, but when I saw their food truck on the map at work today, I HAD to go try them - I was not disappointed!! I ordered the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, but I think I got something in-between that and the Cowboy Grilled Cheese... which was beyond totally fine with me because I wanted to order the Grilled Cheese, but as soon as I walked up I heard that they had sold out! Mind you, they had only been taking orders for about 45 minutes at this point in time. The chicken sandwich that I received was FANTASTIC! The fried chicken (which I believe was pork panko?) was extremely tender and juicy, the fry sauce had amazing flavors, and the frizzled onions gave it a great crunch - add the cheddar cheddar on there and this was EASILY one of the best sandwiches I've ever had... Keto or not!! Pleaaaase keep coming back to Boeing, Best of Both Worlds!

The steamed bun was alright, the bun itself was a little boring; I'm used to fluffier buns with a tiny hint of sweetness to the buns. The spicy beef filling wasn't too bad. The beef was a dollar more than the other fillings. The Chicken Karaage were 5 pieces for $10, and we got more than 5, because they were random sizes, and some were really small. Those weren't too bad. But very friendly service.

She offered people little samples of dishes and drink even if you were at the back of the line. I sampled the passion fruit tea and ended up ordering it because it has no added sugar with perfect but of bitterness from the tea without the acidity. The fried mochi balls/jing dui were the best ones I've had yet! I feel like small ones are hard to perfect but this was so crispy on the exterior, not overly oily, perfectly sweetened and balanced by the nuttiness of the sesame seeds. The shu mai was also top tier as it was packed with so much pork and shrimp, no fillers detected like flour or anything! So juicy and flavorful and paired excellent with the Lao gan ma-like chili oil they provided. I hope they come to farmer markets closer to Seattle!
