She said she knew what to do and that she would be able to give me straight hair for 3 months and I would only need to come in to touch up the roots after the treatment. When I got in the seat she put the Keratin product in my hair and flat ironed right over the product, causing sizzling and smoke. I was asking her questions because I knew something didn't seem right because how can frying someone's hair be a way of making it more healthy? I thought she knew what she was doing so I let her continue and it looked great when she finished. Today I washed my hair and it is completely fried and damaged, I have burns in my scalp with puss. I highly recommend you don't go here for any treatment. Save your time and your money.

I first wanted red and then light highlights. I wanted to keep length and then wanted it cut. I was super indecisive. I ended up asking Kelly for her opinion and told her to do what she thought would be pretty and easy. She cut my hair shorter and added light highlights. I have to say...I look FABULOUS! I have gotten dozens of compliments on my hair and the best part is that it takes about 5-10 mins in the morning!! I have been to dozens of salons looking for a great look and ended up a bit disappointed. I was 100% satisfied with my visit here. I highly suggest it!!!

I also give the thumbs up to my second hair stylist (who doesn't want her name revealed so I'll just say it starts with an F). She's really good, too, and I've let her chop off 75% of my hair twice into two very fierce (and very short) haircuts. Renee was an expert with feathering and sculpting. F-beautician is really good at cuts and making sure I like what she's doing as she does it. (This is important to me because I've tried other hair stylists who do styles that they like without regard to me liking them.) This is the reason I refuse to go to other salons on a regular basis. I've lived in three different states, and no matter what, I always return right back to this hair salon (16 years and counting) whenever I want a new hairdo. I've tried other places, but I almost always end up irritated. And the owner of this salon is super pleasant. She does a great job on nails. I think the focus now is most of the salon has been transitioned into a health club, but the salon is still in the back.
