The one bit of feedback that I'd like to offer is I wish employees were more cognizant of how unsanitary it is to handle the register (with gloves on), and then go and handle the cookies. There were a couple of times that I've observed different employees pulling up my online order on the device (while wearing gloves), and then going to build my box. That, in and of itself isn't bad. But what they're doing is using the spatula to put the cookies in that same hand that was on the device, and then putting the cookies in the box. This probably isn't a big deal for most people...I get it. But I'm incredibly squeamish, and a germaphobe. Plus, customers handle that device, so it would stand to reason that employees should either change gloves or just only use the spatula to fulfill each order...or both! I didn't want to say anything to the employees in question, because I didn't want to be THAT person. So, I'm hoping my feedback will get passed along, and some changes will come of it. For that, I docked them one star. Aside from that, I do recommend this place. The cookies are huge (I can eat off of one over the course of a couple of days), and if you didn't know, they offer new flavors every week. Ordering online is fast and easy, and it's a nice treat every once in a while.

Of course, I had to add some pecan crumbs on top. This ice cream was delicious. I honestly didn't want to share with my husband, haha. Greedy right?! Yes, that was me, but only for a second. I shared it with my hubby. My hubby ordered the Reese's Peanut Butter cup dipped in cookie butter and oreo crumbs with pistachios. He stated it was so delicious and sweet, which was a little too sweet for me, but the look of it was absolutely insane! Not only was the ice cream delicious here, the customer service was amazing as well. She was very polite and professional. The place was clean and well lit. I adore the colors, it's very colorful. My sister tried the plain coffee and said it was very good and not overly sweet. Her mother in law got the Raspberry dipped in dark chocolate and coated with chopped almonds. The store itself is very clean and the artwork is captivating. There's a little wall for photo ops as well. There's also one bathroom available in the back. I spoke to the owner and he was very friendly. We connected over Columbus, OH as he works for a company there and I live there. I hope I've convinced him to open a store in Columbus because I think it would do really well! You can tell he takes great pride in his store and truly enjoys this venture. The attention to detail as he dips the bars caught my eye - it truly is a work of art. It would be easy to just dip and dunk and serve but he drizzles the tray, dips to create angles, carefully adds toppings, then drizzles more to top it off. Definitely work a visit!

The Philly roll wasn't a $5 special but it was reasonable - honestly everything on the menu was reasonably priced. We are looking forward to trying some of the other options - the bowls looked amazing! We didn't have time today, but they also have a decent ice cream selection and lots of fun drinks!
