Raw materials left out and not properly stored.

I went to Crumbl cookie on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC;| for the first time in July with family and friends since my birthday was fastly approaching and I know a lot of places are closed on my birthday (hint: July 4). So, this place I wanted to experience since it was on my radar for a while. Well, or needless to say I was quickly disappointed. Because I am old school and I am so use to a warm meet and greet...this makes people feel welcome and eager to spend their hard earned money. I was meet with nothing...but stares as we entered the place. I was looking around like...maybe...just maybe...we are invisible and they can't see us. They had loud, unwelcoming music on and was gossiping and laughing outside of staring at everyone that walked in the building. So, my guests were unpleased and offered another suggestion....like the ice cream "Handels". Before leaving as I turned I saw two standalone kiosks and I then assumed you must have an app to order at this location. I wanted to apply my military discount so l waited a little longer and as I was waiting for the staff to stop talking to one another...my eyes quickly gravitated to my surroundings and noticed "food was left out unattended with dirty counters. (See pictures). This is a serious safety concern and hazard. As a former import specialist that dealt with imports from worldwide companies they were fined if raw materials were not properly handled or stored correctly so why would I not warn the consumers of a possible breakout (E-Coli, etc.). A lot of medical cases come from food consumption. Consumers are not aware it is a lot of mishandled products before reaching our stomach. #Helpers of one another#

I finally tried Crumbl! I love their ordering process. I thought that was cool! I also love that their cookies come warm. I mean, yes, you won me over! The wait was just a few minutes. My sister, who's a Crumbl craver, informed me they have an app where you can order ahead as well. Also, it was a learning experience for me when I realized they only offered certain flavors on certain days. I was limited in what I was interested in that day. I ordered the chocolate chip, of course, and the rocky road. Again, I loved that they were warm.   The cookies are fairly large. The team that was baking those cookies that day really had it down packed! Those cookies were baked well. Not too soft, but not too crispy or fluffy. Just perfect for the size. I don't know if I will become a Crumbl craver, but I will definitely be stopping by again. I just hate that Baskin Robbins is closed. Their cookie with that ice cream would have been fireworks.

This is my second time trying Crumbl and I love the aesthetics of the bakery because my favorite color is pink. They have a self order station when you walk in but they also have a counter for someone to help you as well. Since I've never been in the store before I did have someone help me. They told me which ones were chilled and warmed , etc. I went with the hazelnut sea salt and it came warm. The hazelnut was just oozing and it smelled so good. I actually love cookies with a crunchy outer and gooey center. It's the perfect cookie for what I love. I'll have to come back and try more flavors.

I have been going to Crumbl many times over the years. This was the FIRST time that the cookies came AS EXPECTED. The attention and care that went into my cookies, were amazing. MAJOR shoutout to Lily who prepared everything. I will 1000% be going back to this location. Super clean, very lowkey and not crowded at all. This is THAT Crumbl location. Again, excellent job Lily!

After leaving a lunch date with a friend, I stopped by here to try Crumbl Cookies. There is such a hype around them and I wanted to see for myself. First, each cookie is over $4, and they are big cookies. I quartered each cookie and that for me is more than enough. This wouldn't be a place that I would frequent often, xbut it is well worth the calories. The white and black plain design works. It pops the place. Looks really clean. It's new as well. The manager was really nice and so was the young lady packing orders. They ran out of the chocolate chip cookies after I placed my order so that's how I ended up with the peanut butter cookies. Not a bad trade if I do say so myself. I will be back....the cookies are delicious!

I'm so happy there's a Crumbl on this side of town. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. They all spoke when I came in and left. I opted for two of my favorite cookies- Pink Sugar. They were PERFECT! I also tried the Tres Leche cookie which wasn't bad.

Love the packaging because it's so appealing! Plus it's pink

Picked up a pineapple cookie on Monday. Needless to say, the center was undercooked and could not be eaten.

For mine, I requested scrambled egg, on a bagel with cheddar and roasted garlic spread. Goodness! What a delight! My sandwich came well packaged for heat retention (and was plenty warm upon delivery). The best part? All of their orders come with a cinnamon roll. What? Listen. Imagine, you're traveling for work and have ordered yourself a breakfast to eat while working. And, you receive it and perched atop your sandwich order, is a warm and ooey gooey cinnamon roll. Are you kidding me? I literally clapped my hands in giddy delight. Thanks Devine. You made my day. Get to it!

Walked in around 1:40pm (they stop serving at 2) and there was no line. The sandwich menu is extensive, each sandwich with a bit of an interesting twist. We decided on the Gamecock and the Cuban. Both were excellent AND they come with a small cinnamon roll on the side as well as absolutely addicting store-made pita chips. We didn't realize the sandwiches came with these sides and this put the experience into the "when can we make it here again?!!" Cinnamon rolls were excellent as well and service was very friendly and fast. Based upon reviews, I know that CRD is super busy in the morning and here we were at the end of their day and you would have never known it. The team there is excellent. Highly recommend.

Traveling from Va, after thanksgiving night with the family .I was craving red velvet cake…read more I know big back thoughts but, it was worth it! We were welcomed upon entry! Cakes, cupcakes and cookies were on display. You can sit down if that's your thing. Although, it is pretty small. I tried the butter pound cake it was so moist and dense, exactly what a pound cake should be! My lady got the pound cake and I got the red velvet cake! It was moist and had the perfect amount of cocoa. It was topped with cream cheese icing, the creamy icing was also layered in between the cake! If you're looking for good cake this is the spot.

I ended up getting a few things, a pecan chewie, which was so delicious. The flavor was great and the texture was perfect and soft. I also got a white cake which was made with an apple jelly as opposed to sugar and honestly I had no idea what to expect. Took a bite and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The cake was moist but not soggy and was sweet but not too sweet. So good. Lastly I got a strawberry cupcake but unfortunately after the other 2 I could not take a bite of anything else. By the time I got to the cupcake it had hardened after sitting for so long and was not really edible. This was obviously not the fault of the baker so I just act as if I didn't get that one. I would really recommend GG's for dessert, it has some great choices and the people are great, and that for me is always a plus.

After my meal, I enjoyed wandering around the other side of the restaurant for a few minutes, which included a cigar room, an enormous wine cellar, and a host of fine cheeses that I had never heard of before!
