All in a tight 1.5 week time window. I had just purchased a new-to-me, but old, house, and I wanted to get ethernet in every room, with cameras on all the angles I care about, and a couple extras for potential future projects. I have my own network gear, but I didn't want to do the runs myself. Harout, Sevak, and Victor were great. They answered my inquiry quickly, came out to inspect (with 2 people), gave me an immediate quote, and walked through their estimation about how'd they'd do it. I got multiple other quotes for the same job. Secure Sight was not the cheapest, but it had the greatest value, and the job was amazing. Harout replied to every inquiry very quickly. They took 4 days for my run, and it was not an easy job -- my house is on a hill and it is difficult to do the runs I requested. I was amazed at the minimal amount of holes they needed to do to actually fish everything up, and they did it better than I could have imagined -- making the holes on the outside in invisible places, covered by color-matched covers. They even talked me through potential other places to mount things to prevent extra holes in my drywall. They went above and beyond and told me that they noticed I may not have a suitable coax cable wired to my house for cable internet, and helped me talk through the tech that arrived to do the coax run in a way that would minimize anything visible on the house, and even helped the tech run the coax in. Amazing job, would recommend for anything you need here -- I was familiar with the gear I wanted exactly, and they respected it and hooked everything up. They are also knowledgeable about the gear if you aren't and would be familiar enough to walk you through it. If anything is amiss, Harout personally takes it upon himself to make sure it's perfect, even after the job is done.

In addition to recently upgrading our older PC to a state of the art server, Chris has enabled PC and cellphone viewing capabilities for our Board members. Beyond that, Chris and Edwin just installed a new DoorBird front entry call box with both video and RFID capabilities that owners can access through either an Android or Apple app, while still providing the capability to dial landlines for those older residents lacking wifi or smart phones. This new system also allowed us to cancel the dedicated analog phone line required by the old system, resulting in a two and a half year breakeven payback. Some of those cameras had reached the end of their useful lifespans and needed to be replaced. One had a damage power cable which Chris was easily able to remedy. As usual, they arrived absolutely on time, as promised. The quote I got back in June didn't change as the result of having to special order cameras for my particular installation. Chris remains truly the best in the business and is now keeping his son employed in the Summer learning quite a bit about the business as he goes. You really can't go wrong here. I thought they would be sending someone over the start the job the very next week. After trying to follow up with Johnny via email on 8/2 & 8/4 I was getting a bit upset. I then emailed him and Raymond Fouladian (the tech who came out to give me the quote) again on 8/11 and finally received a response saying, "We're sorry, we have a big project out in San Bernardino we might have time next week." I then tried emailing them again on 9/14 and then again on 10/11 & 10/19. I almost completely forgot about the work that was needed to be done until we had a recent need to view the security camera playback. I then called Johnny's direct line on 1/18/17 and his phone was answered by a sweet elderly lady explaining how she was going to get to the bottom of this and call me back. She called me back later that same day as she promised, saying that they are not able to help me with our problem. I got the feeling that they thought our job was too small for them to handle. However, there is no excuse for the lack of communication between them and myself. I should have been told this months ago. Incredibly unprofessional!! I found another security camera company right after I got off the phone with High-Tech and within an hour I had my appt scheduled for the very next day (today). Now my DVR is completely set up and running correctly for my entire building no thanks to High-Tech :{
