Never coming back to this expensive ass restaurant again. I ordered clase azul thinking they were gonna be like $15 a shot . Fuck no, $30 a baby ass shot. GTFO. I paid and made it clear to the owner, Brenda , that those prices aren't going to let this restaurant grow for shit. PS: I know clase azul is expensive, but baby this ain't downtown Dallas , you in Arlington. Chill out . Damn restrooms looking like recreational run down rooms.

Wow! We have found a new restaurant we absolutely love in North Arlington. We sat at the bar. They had a great beer and tequila collection. We tried the margarita flight and loved it. Our favorite was the strawberry. My partner Joel had the birria tacos and they were so delicious. Tasted very fresh. I had the shrimp tacos and they did not disappoint either. Tasted so wonderful. Also very fresh. The rice and beans were great also. Some of the best Mexican and seafood I've had in a long time. We ended with the tres leches cake and it was so creamy and sweet. We can't wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu.

Food was excellent and authentic. Everything we were served was fresh and delicious. There was very few options available when we left concert and we are glad we found this little restaurant. We will definitely be back during football season

Great restaurant! Decor and ambiance were nice, server was friendly and attentive and the food was very flavorful! Only downside, they had a band (Saturday night) and the music was way too loud for dinner crowed. The server could barely hear us and we could barely hear her. Other than that, two thumbs up!

I had shrimp cocktail and my daughters had ceviche and the other one had beef flautas . The plates were fresh and delicious for a weekday lunch. They serve a latgeportion , also.

We came here for the first time. Although the reviews were negative we wanted to try it. We started with two michaeladas and complimentary chips and salsa. We then ordered molcajete for 2 the tortillas were very small but delicious also the portions seems like they were for a child but nevertheless tasty. The meat was delicious it included steak, chicken, and shrimp. The wait for the food was about 14 minutes the only cons was the server did not come to check up on us towards us finishing and I desperately needed a refill on my drink. The vibe here was calm and of course with the Music playing not terribly loud which was great. It is family friendly. We asked for the tab and we were brought the wrong one it was quite irritating because it was hard to get anyone's attention to begin with I won't be coming again maybe if the staff was more attentive because the food was good.

I've been here several times. It's a great place to watch a Mexican soccer game and the good, especially the seafood is really good.

They were about full when we arrived. Not so much when we left. While I thought there was a game tonight - it's the Eagles in concert at one of the nearby stadiums. Because it was packed when we arrived, the space was fairly loud. Cheyenne was our server and she did great. She knew the menu well and made some suggestions. We had already read the Yelp reviews and sort of knew what we wanted. Two of us shared: - Margarita rocks - Pan con Tomate - Crispy Pork - Jerk Chicken Paella The Pan con Tomate was amazing. Really cool presentation too. The Crispy Pork was real nice. A bit dry due to making it crispy. Really meaty too. The Jerk Chicken Paella was great. Cheyenne told us the jerk seasoning wasn't very spicy. She was right. I would have liked it spicier though but understand the decision to appeal to a broader section of diners. The socarrat was amazing. They make the paella in a small (8"?) cast iron skillet. It made for a perfect caramelization of the rice (socarrat). The dish had jerk seasoned chicken thighs and vegetables. Yum! I would have loved to have the Coconut Cake. But we were full and it was $22. We'll come back to Cafe Americana and try other dishes and the cake!

The restaurant is in an old, lovely Victorian house that includes a boutique hotel and spa. Small dining rooms and a large outdoor patio for dining. Started with two specialty cocktail, both large but not overly strong. Began with salads. Both the beet salad and the burrata salads were tasty and large. Salmon Benedict was two pieces of filet on oversized English muffin, well prepared with side of potatoes. Crabcake Benedict was served sans muffin. Same side of potatoes. Dessert was a slice of lemoncello cake and coffee. Cake was terrific, very subtle flavors. Great place for celebratory meal.

The menu had brunch and lunch options and everything sounded so good it was hard to choose. We ended up sharing the burrata salad with grilled peaches and they split it onto two plates for us. It was SO good! We both got the salmon Benedict and I loved mine. The salmon was cooked perfectly as was the egg and the hollandaise was delish. The potatoes were typical breakfast potatoes but they were good. For my birthday they let me choose any dessert and the limoncello cake was absolutely perfect. Lemony and tart with creamy frosting, I would go back just for that!! I definitely recommend this place for brunch!
