What a hidden gem in Bedford! The food was fresh, great price and the service was amazing. They had so many options on their menu and we can't wait to come back and try it out.

Dirty Cajun is a good spot to satisfy that real New Orleans Cajun cravings. Very well seasoned, pasta cooked to al dente and vibes is really what completes the visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The area is very busy with 2 other bar and a cinema in the this corner of Bedford but don't that deter you from visiting because all that traffic along Airport Fwy is well worth it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Cajun cuisine is one of my top 3 favorites. Having seafood alone is one of the best meals but cook it Cajun style is one of the best! We decided to try this seafood kitchen even though the traffic here is somewhat annoying especially during rush hour. We tried 3 dishes. Seafood gumbo, New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp, and Cajun Pasta topped with crawfish. All of the dishes were so flavorful! The gumbo color looks really good, the pasta on Cajun pasta was perfect al dente and the handiness of N.O. Barbecue shrimps is just the right amount. This place is definitely worth a try if you are in the area. Traffic can be a pain and parking can be a little challenging at time since they share it with a couple other bars and a theater.

This crab boil was insane!! The spice/flavor on the seafood... it was a great experience. Service was fast and friendly. Only thing is I wish there wasn't a 2 pound minimum on the crawfish because it was so much food. Luckily, we were able to reheat it later to share it with the fam and the taste was still on point! 10/10 recommend!

Delicious Cajun food. What a menu! Something for everyone. The Boudin Balls were so very good. The sauce perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun atmosphere and bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor reminiscent of 'Nawlins.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They got the food and culture just right.

The service at Dirty Cajun was honestly top tier, they check on you at the perfect time, not too frequent but not to the point it feels they forgot about you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They don't make you feel rushed and the vibes were great for honestly everyone, they had tables that fit every party.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now the food, was delicious, seasoned great and for those who like a little more spice they have hot sauce available. My family tried a lot of different items on the menu and we enjoyed every single item! I will say it does take a little bit for your items to come out but they were fresh when they did. The beignets were also good, not the best as some flavor is missing at least to me personally but I would get them again. If you're missing Louisiana this spot might just cure that craving.

Best chicken and sausage gumbo in the great state of Texas! ... the sausage stands out with flavor but perfectly balanced with the fresh veggies, chunks of okra, and strips of chicken ... every bite is savory and spicy is legit spicy. I loved it , you won't be disappointed.

    Crawfish boudin balls.
    Angie F.

The boudin balls are huge the sauce that comes with it is a good addition to the flavor. The crabs were great. The service was excellent. Very attentive and always checked on us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant had lots of seating it was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

He offered various pricing quotes to meet our budget. He was perfectly punctual in communication via email and phone! Like I said it was windy, but that didn't let his team skip a beat or throw the towel in. They were professionals and adapted to even the windiest of cookouts! So let me tell you about the meal! I'm still salivating thinking about it. BBQ chicken breasts cooked to perfection and kept warm for 4 hours BUT weren't dry or tasteless. Our neighbors kept coming back for MORE! An awesome Mac n' Cheese buffet set-up that, even with the wind blowing out the sternos was delivered exquisitely! And can we talk about toppings? Cheese, blue cheese, spinach, onions, bacon, chives, and on and on! Green bean almondine with sautéed onions was a star of the veggie section with kids even enjoying them!!! We rounded the meal up with potato salad and sweet rolls! Chef Matt delivered an incredible meal for our neighborhood and had a great team of Sous chefs and assistants on hand to help! I would highly recommend Chef Matt and his team for your next catering event. We will have him back next Fall so he can blow us away with his smoked and BBQ meats. Book him now!

The noise level was high, so I popped in my AirPods - noise solved :) Joaquin, our server was at our table with menus within minutes. He took our drink order and when he came back with them, we placed our lunch order. Joaquin dropped off Chips and Salsa a few minutes later. The Salsa was warm, was tasty and had a slight kick to it. The chips were thin and crispy. This was a nice starter that was included with the meal. For our meal, we shared: - Combination Enchiladas with Rice and Beans We selected 1 each Chicken and Beef enchilada. We also chose Charro Beans and subbed a second Charro Beans in place of Rice. I'd guess it took only 10 minutes for the meal to be served. It was served hot and the plate was very warm. We enjoyed the food and it was the perfect amount for us. Oh, we'd asked Joaquin to fill our water bottles with ice and water and he cheerfully did so. We enjoyed our lunch and our experience. Great service and great food.

The space looks like a restaurant was plunked down in the middle of the airport. Full service kitchen, bar, and a good amount of seating. After looking over the menu, I went with the house salad. The portions was generous with all of the toppings including bacon cheese and croutons. I chose a shrimp po boy for the entree. The sandwich is served with a slaw, spicy remoulade, and a generous pile of shrimp. The roll the sandwich is a little too soft. It was a nice attempt at the traditional New Orleans French bread, but it missed the mark for me. If you have time, definitely check out the dessert menu. They have fantastic options.

I am…read moregiving a very generous 4 star review mainly because of the woman who was plating all the food behind the counter and because this place is a soul food spot not southern. I came here today a little after 5pm and did not get a greeting like everyone else did when I walked into the door. They were pretty busy with to go orders around this time. There is an entrance area where you order and pay for your food and a separate area for dining in. I ordered a catfish fillet with Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes and fried shrimp basket with fries and greens to go. I ordered at 5:15 and got my food at 5:45 and let me tell you, it was the longest wait of my life. I think the A/C must've been broken because it was hot in the waiting area and it didn't help that one of the front desk girls kept complaining about them still being open for another hour. There were a bunch of flies everywhere and the front area doesn't seem to be cleaned throughout the day. I also feel for the woman who puts the plates together because she's doing it by herself and was constantly asking the front desk girls to bag the orders. She stayed calm though and still greeted people as they were coming in. Now for the food. The shrimp basket was $25.99 and the catfish was $19.99. The shrimp was good, kids approved. The catfish was good too. All the food was made fresh to order so I can appreciate that for quality. Onto the sides. I think the French fries were accidentally season with sugar instead of salt. The greens were ok, just drenched with garlic. The Mac n cheese, ehhh. I was looking forward to the Mac n cheese but it wasn't as cheesy as I was expecting but tasted ok. The sweet potatoes were really good, probably my favorite side out of the four. The cornbread was moist and good. Overall, food was good but definitely overpriced. However, I do support small businesses but still think it's a bit overpriced based on portion size. They do require you pay for your food before you sit down if you are dining in. This may be because of too many incidents where people dine and dash. I do think that the lady behind the counter putting the plates together needs better help. No offense to the young girls they have working there but either train them or get someone who can actually do the job. If you are looking for true southern food, this ain't it. Texas food vs. southern food are 2 completely different things which I am learning the hard way now having lived here for a year.

We had enough for two meals for each of us! We had chicken and pork ribs, mac & cheese and flat green beans. It was very tasty with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I spoke with the owner and thanked him for supporting EVs, to which he replied, "How could I not? It's what's coming. How could I not get on board?" What happened today was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The place was visibly dirty and completely unappetizing. The back area was mostly hidden behind what looked like a shower curtain, which did nothing to inspire confidence. There appeared to be only one man working, and he came out only a few times during the entire 45 minutes we waited. Even more concerning, there was a child who looked to be about eight or nine years old wearing latex gloves and repeatedly coming out to the front, apparently helping with restaurant tasks that no child should be doing. Despite having prepaid through Too Good To Go, no one acknowledged us for nearly 10 minutes. We stood in a hot dining room with almost no air conditioning while the child wandered in and out and the adult remained behind the curtain. More people arrived behind us, also with prepaid orders, until there were about 10 people waiting. We watched three other customers receive their food before us. One was a DoorDash driver, which made sense, and one woman had arrived before us. However, another woman with a very small order was served ahead of us even though she arrived after we did. When the man finally came out, we showed him our Too Good To Go order. He swiped the app, marking our order as picked up, then disappeared behind the curtain again and never returned with our food. After waiting 45 minutes in a sweltering dining room on a nearly 100-degree Texas day, we gave up. We left without the food we had already paid for. At that point, losing the cost of the meal was preferable to staying in that environment any longer. This was one of the worst pickup experiences I have ever had. Between the unsanitary conditions, the lack of staff, the presence of a child apparently performing restaurant tasks, the complete absence of customer service, and the fact that we never even received the order we had already paid for, I can say with complete confidence: We will never return.
