The onion soup was a disappointment. Despite its attractive presentation, the flavor fell short, with a bland, watered-down broth and a noticeable lack of onions.
The fish and chips were decent but not particularly memorable, much like the service, which was satisfactory but unremarkable.
The atmosphere was pleasant, though the noise level made it hard to fully relax. On a positive note, the seating was comfortable, adding a bit of ease to the experience.
Our server noticed we hadn't eaten the onion soup and asked if it was good. When we explained that it wasn't, he apologized and promised to inform the manager. The female manager was gracious, kindly removing the soup from our bill, offering her apologies, and letting the kitchen know about the issue.
Overall, not a spot we would recommend, but we will give it a second chance based upon the fact that they handled our disappointment well. read more
